Sold Driving out to Tuggerah Grove in Tamborine, we met and spoke with avid Bee-Keeper, Colleen, to chat about the evolution of her skincare range, Jordella, a range of products enriched with bush honey from her very own farm, a property recently sold by Scenic Road. 14 years ago, in the search of a skincare range suitable for sensitive skin for her Mother, sister and grandaughters, Jordan and Ella, Colleen was dismayed with the lack of chemical-free beauty products in the market. With a background in bee-keeping, cosmetic chemistry, formulation, and aromatherapy, Colleen created Jordella, a skincare range for sensitive skin. As we sat next to the bee hives, and we learnt that bees have a flight path of their own, and the importance of staying out of that path, the deep respect and passion Colleen has for both bee's and her skin care range is obvious. Like her business, our chat evolved and we moved onto life and the challenges we all face at one time or another. Colleen walked us through what the last couple of years were like and how Scenic Road Properties helped herself and husband Gerard through one of life's more challenging times... "When COVID initially hit, life threw us more than one curve ball and for various reasons we sadly had to sell our newly built dream home.
