Cruise with Confidence COVID-19 – Scenic Eclipse Ocean Cruising FAQ Our Commitment to Your Health & Safety While the world may have changed, our commitment to our guests, their experiences, health, safety and wellbeing remains our key priority. Scenic Group works closely with the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), local and international Government Health agencies, to ensure our protocols exceed the relevant regulatory requirements. In addition, we are implementing the latest programs that help us to safeguard the health and safety of our guests and crew, while ensuring a truly wonderful experience.

Pre-Departure Guests must: •

Be fully vaccinated with the required two doses of the following approved COVID-19 vaccines, at least 14 days prior: o 2 doses of Pfizer BioNTech o 2 doses of Oxford AstraZeneca o 2 doses of Moderna o 1 dose of Johnson Johnson Janssen Carry and present a valid confirmation of the vaccination Provide a negative RT-PCR test result for COVID-19, taken within 48 hours of arrival to Argentina (own expense) Check with your airline on any update to protocols or boarding requirements Safe travel measures – including wearing a mask, wash hands, using hand sanitizer and social distancing

There may be further entry requirements from the countries visited on your voyage. Please ensure you monitor the relevant government travel advisories for the latest information restrictions. Arrival in Argentina • • • •

Guests will be transferred only with Scenic guests to and from the group hotel for your overnight stay It is recommended for all guests to remain in the hotel for the duration of their stay in Buenos Aires to limit your potential exposure to other persons or places with COVID-19 If guests are in Buenos Aires for more than one night, they will be required to receive an additional negative RT-PCR test before your flight to Ushuaia (own expense) A flight will be arranged from Buenos Aires to Ushuaia

Embarkation -

Complete the pre-boarding health questionnaire for collection on embarkation On embarkation, all guests will take a Panbio™ Rapid Antigen test (no additional cost) Temperature will be checked

All guests and crew will be fully vaccinated Increased hygiene and state of the art ventilation systems Hand sanitization stations will be made available throughout the Discovery Yacht Guests are required to maintain a minimum physical distance of 6 feet. It is recommended to always carry a face mask in case this distance is unable to be maintained Staff serving in the restaurant areas will all wear masks and gloves The Housekeeping Team are specifically trained in disinfection and cleaning methods appropriate for outbreak prevention. Extensive PPE and guidance are also provided to ensure a robust barrier is maintained between housekeeping staff and the risk of infection All Suites have access to fresh air via the balcony. All air on board is ‘Fresh’ with the use of advanced HEPA Filtration COVID Compliance Nurse will be onboard to assist with all COVID-19 protocols and the safety of our guests and crew

Disembarkation • •

The night before disembarkation, all guests will receive an RT-PCR test for their ongoing travel (no additional cost). If guests choose to remain in South America for more than one night after the cruise, they will be required to receive an additional negative RT-PCR test before their flight to their home port (own expense)

What happens if there is a positive COVID-19 case onboard? In Port. In the event a guest or crew member returns a positive COVID-19 test result during our medical screening process prior to embarkation, the guest/crew member will be denied boarding. Scenic will work with our Medical Service provider and local authorities for the repatriation of the guest or crew member. Onboard. In the event a guest or crew member returns a positive COVID-19 test result while on board, they will immediately isolate in their suite. Contact tracing is conducted. Those persons identified as part of the contact tracing are required to undergo onboard PCR testing to rule out ‘community transmission’ of the COVID-19 Virus. Positive cases will be transferred ashore at first opportunity and follow local government health advisories recommendations. Scenic will work with our Medical Service provider and local authorities for the repatriation of the guest or crew member. What happens if South America closes its borders? In the unlikely event that South America closes their borders while we are in Antarctica, Scenic has contingency plans in place to ensure the repatriation of all guests in the most efficient manner. With global teams and people on the ground in Argentina, we have the experience to ensure the safe return of all guests. What happens if Scenic cancels or suspends the cruise? We will continue to monitor the situation and the guidelines of World Health Organization, CLIA and Government travel advisory updates. If our guest’s safety is compromised in any way, we will contact you to advise as a priority and offer alternatives such as transferring to a future departure. If there is any update on your reservation, we will be in contact with you.

Please note that Scenic is not liable for COVID-19 and other pandemic related issues such as quarantines, delays, lockdowns, repatriation expenses, loss of touring, loss of inclusions, border closings or location entry requirements or restrictions, etc. We strongly recommend guests obtain travel insurance to cover such costs and risks as well as any others resulting from Force Majeure Events.
