Scenic Group Okta Launch – Expressbook Users Scenic Group is introducing Okta as part of our continued IT security improvement project. Registered ExpressBook users will receive an email on Tuesday October 18th with details on the program and how to set up. What is Okta? Okta is a cloud-based single sign-on (SSO) identity solution that manages and secures user authentication into applications and web services. What systems and users are impacted? Okta will impact Expressbook and agency/partner users in the short term. When is this happening? This is scheduled for Tuesday October 18, 2022. What do I need to do? On Tuesday October 18th you will receive an email advising that Okta is live. You will need to activate your account first. This email will contain instructions on how to setup Okta Multifactor Authentication (MFA) for the first time. How to get support? Travel Partners requiring support should send an email using the following information.
