CHINESE MANDARIN AND LANGUAGE COURSES
** From the 9 units of electives, 3 units can be used for another Chinese language course.
*** A program leading to a minor requires a minimum of 15 units in the field of minor study. At least 12 of these units should be outside of the Loyola Schools core and required major subjects. (This means that of the 15 units required for minor, only 3 units may belong to the core curriculum, either CHN 1 as Foreign Language and Culture [FLC] or History 16. Same rule applies to HI 16.1 or 16.2 if these were credited as HI 16.) The Loyola Schools also prohibits the crediting of any course to more than one minor.
