TEEN 2023 HACKATHON

Join us for this year’s annual Hackathon! Four days of coding, programming and hacking your way through a computer science competition. Find Your Voice. Create your project. Be heard.

Starting Tuesday, June 27, at 1 p.m., we’ll give you a problem to solve. You can work solo, with friends you bring or with friends you make (in groups of up to four people).

There will be space available in the Library to work on your project along with in-person workshops, however, you are not required to be in-person the entire time. Regardless of where you work, all projects are due on Friday, June 30, at the end of the competition.

The project you submit must be created during the Hackathon (no previous projects may be submitted). Individuals or groups may only submit one project, and finished projects will be judged by a panel. Prizes will be awarded to winning projects!

Snacks will be provided each day, and a limited supply of computers will be available for check out at the Library. Please bring your own laptop if you’re able.

THIS IS NOT AN OVERNIGHT EVENT. The Library will open and close at the regular posted hours. This program is for teen competitors only.
