seaside stripes frame collection Our Stripe collection was inspired by colorful vintage beach homes found along the Gulf Coast. There are limitless combination possibilities even though we have given names to only 12. You can choose ANY 2 colors to “stripe” at no charge. “Stripe” 3 colors for a nominal charge…just ask. These types of custom options are rare and only proves that we are determined to change the way you think about framing!

These sweet little frames were inspired by you! After many requests for “a frame made out of that cute little trim”, Wild Sorbet introduced their “Trimlings” line and the rest is history. These babies are available in 5 of our 6 trim styles and are sold in sets of 3. When ordering, all 3 have to be the same size but the best part is that each can be a different color. What a perfect way to promote a set of 10x10’s or 12x12’s for a nursery!

frame colors Color is our business. We began with 24 basic colors and have now grown to 152. Not to mention our patterns and textures. We love color and are not afraid to use it. But whether you are a person who loves neutrals or one who looks straight into the rainbow for more options, we have the perfect choice for you. Just look. Our Washed Metallics and Delicious Darks are perfect for the most formal rooms. Coupled with our new Bungalow trim, these colors create a beautifully elegant frame. Then there’s our yummy pastels for those precious newborns and bountiful brights to cater to toddlers as they explore their personalities through color. These basic colors are a staple but are certainly not all we offer….just wait till you see our “Designer Colors”, next.

Our corner samples are sold in collections to make it easy for you. We also offer trim packets. These are our trims, cut into 9” sticks, and painted each of our 36 original colors. We highly recommend beginning with the trim packets. They are convenient color samples and once you have our frames on your walls…..your clients will understand the style and all you need is a color sample. No need for corners in every color and lots of lost studio space! Just get a 10” flower pot or galvanized bucket, throw a ribbon around it and “ta-da” you’ve got a display. Questions…..just ask!

Wild Sorbet began in a 2-car garage in Florence, Alabama by an occupational health nurse wanting “something different” for her nursery. After creating the frame she had in her envisioned she took it to Heather Bookout, a friend and accomplished photographer in Huntsville, AL. Heather loved it! So the two set out to introduce a unique product to a very targeted market. Deciding to sell only to Professional Photographers and Interior Designers, Wild Sorbet began their enterprise with high expectations.
Wild Sorbet started with 24 basic colors. Within 1 year they were up to 36. Then, with the addition of their Designer Colors by such well-known photographers in the industry as Vicki Taufer, Beverly Walden, Sarah Petty and Heather Bookout, they were soon up to 152! They have now added new styles and designs and are constantly challenging themselves to WOW their customers with their creativity.
Wild Sorbet is determined to change the expectations of a frame company. The company offers design consultations every day for photographers’ images and their studio displays. Customer Service at Wild Sorbet has set this company apart.
