Brady Wraptor Label Printer Your Benefits

The Brady Wraptor is an excellent system for hard-to-mark applications. It prints logos, bar codes, time, date, and even sequencing serial numbers for each wire in alphanumeric, hex, octal and other formats. Wire labeling is a common application where wire identification is needed and where ink jet or hot stamp marking cannot be used. It is typically a very labor-intensive job, but now this process can be completely automated to improve accuracy and efficiency and to reduce cost. Schleuniger has teamed with Brady Corporation to create an in-line cutting, stripping and labeling system comprised of the Brady Wraptor Wire ID Printer Applicator and Schleuniger‘s latest cut and strip machines.

Cable Coiler

The CableCoiler 1300 is a stand-alone, fully synchronized, high performance cable coiler for Cut & Strip machines. The coiling process is performed using two separate coiling stations. While the operator is unloading a completed coil from the first coiling station, the CableCoiler 1300 proceeds to coil a cable on the second station.

The WireStacker 3150 is a high-performance wire stacker for the precise, axial stacking of cables. WireTwister 3300 AD Dual Head Twisting Machine

The WireTwister 3300 AD is an automatic double head wire twisting machine. With two integrated twisting lines featuring high speed twisting heads and self-driven carriers, the machine achieves an unbeatable performance. The operator can easily load both ends of the untwisted wires into the machine from one standing position. During setup, a guided pitch-correction menu helps the operator to achieve the desired pitch automatically. The WireTwister 3300 AD is available in different lengths to meet customer requirements.
