Testimonials Fiona Ormerod Our Lady’s of the Assumption Primary Blackpool “One word to describe the support and facilities at the CLC: outstanding! Over the past year I have used CLC Media to produce short films linked with our history and geography topics. The children experience a strong sense of purpose to their work as the scripts they write and the story boards they produce are edited and refined to create a final film of which each child can be proud of. The staff are amazing and nothing is to much trouble! The CPD that is available to support staff with the ICT side of film production is invaluable. As a teacher I can not wait for my class to start brainstorming our next idea and encourage any one to sparkle in front of the camera, the rewards for the children are priceless not to mention such fun!”
Rob Hegarty Montgomery High School Blackpool “I have used CLC Media several times as a resource for a number of projects. The CLC provides students with the software, experiences and expertise that just isn’t available to us in school. Their facilities enable students to produce professional pieces of work in an exciting and engaging learning environment, often gaining new skills and learning new packages rapidly. Their static and portable TV studios and suite of Apple Macs have been used by our Key stage 3 and 4 students on projects like BBC News School Report and to produce multimedia products for GCSE Media Studies and Cambridge Nationals qualifications. I wouldn’t hesitate in contacting Hayley or Anthony in the future to discuss how CLC Media could help me further deploy my curriculum as creatively and engaging as possible. “
