EMERGENCY EVACUATION PROCEDURE Message from the Principal
IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY :-
Dear students and parents,
a loud alarm will sound continuously.
Welcome to the 2010 Birkenhead Sixth Form College Careers Fair. The College is particularly pleased that so many employers, training providers and Universities have been able to join us at our biennial event. You will find that there is a great deal of information and guidance available from each of the stands covering a wide range of careers and training opportunities. The representatives from the various organisations will be able to provide you with detailed knowledge of employment prospects, training requirements, appropriate qualifications and other areas of interest related to their specialist field of employment or training. Please ensure that you make the most of this opportunity to find out as much as you can about the training or career you might be interested in pursuing. All of the representatives will be looking forward to answering your questions and discussing any issues that you might want to raise. Don’t forget you can also get advice and guidance on your career plans at any time from your personal tutor. There are many opportunities for you to participate in a wide range of College activities, either during BMore or in your subject areas throughout the year, that will assist you in moving closer towards realising your career goals. Year 11 students visiting the College tonight may want to pick up a copy of our new prospectus and application form for 2011 enrolments. Upcoming Open Evening dates can be found on the back of this programme.
Please leave the building immediately via the nearest fire door or exit and make your way to the assembly area car park nearest your exit DO NOT IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
