The “scienti c worldview” is supremely in uential because science has been so successful. It touches all our lives through technology and through modern medicine. Our intellectual world has been transformed through an immense expansion of our knowledge, down into microscopic particles of matter and out into the vastness of space, with hundreds of billions of galaxies in an ever-expanding universe. Yet unexpected problems are now disrupting the sciences from within. Most scientists take it for granted that these problems will eventually be solved by more research along established lines, but some, including myself, think that they are symptoms of a deeper malaise. I want the sciences to be less dogmatic and more scientific. I believe that the sciences will be regenerated when they are liberated from the dogmas that constrict them, as I show in my book The Science Delusion (called Science Set Free in the US). Many new lines of research become possible when we abandon the idea that we already know the answers in principle, leaving only the

details to be filled in.

The scientific creed Here are the ten core beliefs that most scientists take for granted.

1. Everything is essentially mechanical. Dogs, for example, are complex mechanisms, rather than living organisms with goals of their own. Even people are machines, “lumbering robots”, in Richard Dawkins’ vivid phrase, with brains that are like genetically programmed computers.

2. All matter is unconscious. It has no inner life or subjectivity or point of view. Even human consciousness is an illusion produced by the material activities of brains.

3. The total amount of matter and energy is always the same (with the exception of the Big Bang, when all the matter and energy of the universe suddenly appeared).

4. The laws of nature are fixed.

They are the same today as they were at the

beginning, and they will stay the same forever.

5. Nature is purposeless, and evolution has no goal or direction. 6. All biological inheritance is material, carried in the genetic material, DNA, and in other material structures. 7. Minds are inside heads and are nothing but the activities of brains. When you look at a tree, the image of the tree you are seeing is not “out there”, where it seems to be, but inside your head.

8. Memories are stored as material traces in brains and are wiped out at death. 9. Unexplained phenomena like telepathy are illusory.

10. Mechanistic medicine is the only kind that really works.

Together, these beliefs make up the philosophy or ideology of materialism, whose central assumption is that everything is essentially material or physical, even minds. This belief-system became dominant within science in the late nineteenth century, and is now taken for granted. In everyday usage, materialism refers to a way of life devoted entirely to material interests, a preoccupation with wealth, possessions and luxury. These attitudes are no doubt encouraged by the materialist philosophy, which denies the existence of any spiritual realities or nonmaterial goals, but here I am concerned with materialism’s scientific claims, rather than its

effects on lifestyles.

Despite the confident claim that genes and molecular biology will soon explain the nature of life, the problems of biological development remain unsolved. No one knows how plants and animals develop from fertilized eggs. Many details have been discovered, hundreds of genomes have been sequenced, but there is still no proof that life and minds can be explained by physics and chemistry alone. The technical triumph of the Human Genome Project led to big surprises. There are far fewer human genes than anticipated, a mere 23,000 instead of 100,000. Sea urchins have about 26,000 and rice plants 38,000. Attempts to predict characteristics such as height have shown that genes account for only about 5 percent of the variation from person to person, instead of the 80 percent expected. Unbounded confidence has given way to the "missing heritability problem." Meanwhile, investors in genomics and biotechnology have lost many billions of dollars. A recent report by the Harvard Business School on the biotechnology industry revealed that "only a tiny fraction of companies had ever made a profit" and showed how promises of breakthroughs have failed over and over again. Despite the brilliant technical achievements of neuroscience, like brain scanning, there is still no proof that consciousness is merely brain activity. The philosopher David Chalmers has called the very existence of subjective experience the "hard problem." It is hard because it defies explanation in terms of mechanisms. Even if we understand how eyes and brains respond to red light, the experience of redness is not accounted for. In physics, too, the problems are multiplying. Since the beginning of the 21st century, it has become apparent that known kinds of matter and energy make up only about 4 percent of the universe. The rest consists of "dark matter" and "dark energy." The nature of 96 percent of physical reality is literally obscure. Contemporary theoretical physics is dominated by superstring and M theories, with 10 and 11 dimensions respectively, which remain untestable. The multiverse theory, which asserts that there are trillions of universes besides our own, is popular among cosmologists in the absence of any experimental evidence. These are interesting speculations, but they are not hard science. They are a shaky foundation for the materialist claim that everything can be explained in terms of physics.

Materialism provided a seemingly simple, straightforward worldview in the late nineteenth century, but twenty-first century science has left it far behind. Its promises have not been fulfilled, and its promissory notes have been devalued by hyperinflation.

I am convinced that the sciences, for all their successes, are being stifled by outmoded beliefs that protect the citadel of established science, but act as barriers against open-minded thinking.

: The Talk That Gave TED Indigestion By Graham Hancock My talk, "The War on Consciousness", was presented at the TEDx Whitechapel event in London on 12 January 2013 and posted to the TEDx Youtube channel on 13 February 2013. A month later, on 14 March 2013, TED deleted the talk from the TEDx Youtube channel (original location here: http://youtu.be/9WaeMyC86Dw), where it had accumulated more than 132,000 views, and relegated it to an obscure section of its website surrounded by prejudicial statements intended to bias viewers against it from the start and ensure no harm was done to the "TED brand". At the same time a talk by Rupert Sheldrake entitled "The Science Delusion" was also deleted from the TEDx Youtube channel and reposted in the same deliberately obscure fashion. But TED's decision effectively to act as a censor in the very real war on consciousness that is underway in our society has backfired. Although the possibility for the original 132,000 viewers to share the URL has been cut short, the issue has sparked an internet furore that continues to grow and grow and my talk has been independently uploaded to dozens of Youtube sites -- for example, here http://youtu.be/-b6-0yW7Iaw under the slogan "information is viral; it wants to be free". The War on Consciousness Graham Hancock (Removed TED Talk)

Rupert Sheldrake and I challenged TED to come out in the open and debate the issues raised by their talks live, face to face in front of a global audience, rather than hidden away in a corner of TED's choosing. Here is the statement that I made on the TED Blog (http://goo.gl/XIuBv): I previously commented that I would not post further on this Blog page because it is so clearly designed to distract public attention from the disastrous way TED have handled their attempt to censor my "War on Consciousness" talk and Rupert Sheldrake's "Science Delusion" talk. That in my view is the important point, for it bears on the future of TED itself as a viable platform for "ideas worth spreading". I am heartened that so many of the 400-plus concerned people who have now posted here (and the 1000-plus who posted on the original Blog page) have refused to fall for TED's sleight of hand and continued to press the organization to rethink its policy. Since TED have retracted and struck out all their justifications for the original deletion of my talk from the TEDx Youtube channel (http://goo.gl/aZr0L) and since they have published my rebuttal, and done the same re Rupert Sheldrake's talk, I agree with Rupert on a new post he has made on this page (http://goo.gl/aH9VH). There are no more specific points surrounding TED's misguided decision that he and I need to answer. Nor is it possible to make much progress through short responses to nebulous questions like "Is this an idea worth spreading, or misinformation?"

But I now make this one further post, simply to add my voice to Rupert's and to put on record that I, too, would be happy to take part in a public debate with a scientist who disagrees with the issues I raise in my talk. My only condition is that it be conducted fairly, with equal time for both sides to present their arguments, and with an impartial moderator, agreed by both parties.

Therefore I join Rupert in asking Chris Anderson to invite a scientist from TED's Scientific Board or TED's Brain Trust to have a real debate with me about my talk, or if none will agree to take part, to do so himself. This challenge to TED to debate was posted on the TED Blog 21 March 2013 and has since been followed by hundreds (http:// goo.gl/dIrDI) of further comments (making the original post hard to find unless one has the specific link). But it is still there and many more people have since added their voices to this call for a free, fair and open face-toface debate. Why did Autrey do it?

n January 2, 2007 Wesley Autrey, a 50-year-old construction worker and Navy veteran, was waiting for a subway train in Manhattan with his two young daughters at around 12:45 PM.

He noticed a young man,

Cameron Hollopeter, 20, having a seizure. The man managed to get to his feet, but stumbled from the platform onto the tracks between the two rails. Autrey saw the lights of an approaching train and made an instant decision. He jumped onto the tracks, thinking he would have time to drag Hollopeter away.

Realizing this was impossible, he covered

Hollopeter’s body with his own and pressed him down in a drainage ditch about a foot deep between the tracks. The train operator tried to stop and the brakes screeched, but by the time he could do so ve cars had passed over the two men. It was a close call; the cars were so close to Autrey they smudged grease on his blue knit cap. Autrey heard onlookers screaming. “We’re O.K. down here,” he yelled back, “but I’ve got two daughters up there. Let them know their father’s O.K.” Then he heard cries of wonder and applause from the bystanders Hollopeter, a student at the New York Film Academy, was taken to hospital, but sustained only bumps and bruises. Autrey refused medical help because, he said, nothing was wrong Why did Autrey do it? He told The New York Times, “I don’t

feel like I did something spectacular; I just saw someone who needed help. I did what I felt was right.”[1] He said further that, as a construction worker, he was used to working in con ned spaces, and that his judgment in this case proved to be

“pretty right.” [2]

Autrey was extraordinarily modest, but this did not shield him from the public’s adulation. He was an overnight celebrity, with appearances on several national morning news programs and late-night shows. Gifts poured in — scholarships and computers for his two daughters, a new Jeep Patriot, season tickets to the New Jersey Nets, a one-year free parking pass for use anywhere in New York City, and a year of free subway rides, among others. Time magazine named him as one of the 100 most in uential people in the world for 2007. The glowing text about him in Time was written by Donald Trump.[3] He was named an Everyday Hero by CNN to honor those who have made a difference in the world. He was a guest at the 2007 State of the Union Address to the U. S. Congress, where he received a standing ovation

Why would one person willingly risk or sacri ce his or her life for another? The answer might seem obvious: because he or she simply cares and has empathy or love for the person in need. But that answer is not good enough for evolutionary biologists, who want to know what purpose is served by the caring, empathy, and love. What does the individual gain by acting on these feelings? According to the tenets of evolutionary biology, we are genetically programed to act in ways that insure our survival and that perpetuate our genes. Our empathic acts, therefore, might extend to those closest to us who share our genes — our siblings, children, our kinship group — because helping them helps us genetically in the long run. Or we might extend empathy toward our tribe or social unit, because we might one day need them to reciprocate. In this light,

actions like Wesley Autrey’s are biological heresy. He was not remotely connected with Cameron Hollopeter, not racially, socially, occupationally, or culturally. Autrey’s genes would not have bene ted if he died saving the young man. So, according to evolutionary biology, Wesley Autrey should have stayed on the subway platform and let Cameron Hollopeter shift for himself Some might argue that Autrey did bene t from saving Hollopeter. He became famous, his daughters got college funds and computers, he received cash awards and other tangible bene ts. Since his action changed his circumstances and made his life and that of his daughters less dif cult, perhaps there was a genetic payback in what he did. But was it worth risking his life in what appeared to be certain death? Surely not. In this dangerous situation, genetic conservation should have kept Autrey on the platform with his daughters, along with all the onlookers who thought it would be suicidal to act as he did Others argue that our brains are hardwired for empathy. So-called mirror neurons recently have been discovered in the brains of primates including humans. These cells are activated when we view the actions of others, just as if we were performing those actions ourselves. These neurons are also called empathy neurons because, some say, they cause us to share the feelings of another. According to this line of thinking, the mirror neurons in Wesley Autrey’s brain instantly red a burst of activity the moment he saw Hollopeter fall onto the tracks, and motivated him toward his sel ess act. love, courage, or any other emotion.[4]

SAVING OTHERS Joseph Campbell, the great mythologist, was interested in why people perform sel ess acts. He was in uenced by the views of the German philosopher Arthur Schopenhauer (1788-1860). Campbell observed, “There’s [a] wonderful question Schopenhauer asked. How is it that an individual can so participate in the danger and pain of another that, forgetting his own self-protection, he moves spontaneously to the other’s rescue, even at the cost of his own life?” Schopenhauer believed that selfsacri ce for another occurs because the rescuer realizes that he or she and the individual in need are one. At the decisive moment, the sense of separation is totally overcome. The danger to the needy person becomes that of the rescuer. The prior sense of separateness is simply a function of the way we experience things in space and time: we may appear separate and often feel separate, but the separation is not fundamental. Because we experience ourselves as one with the person in need, when we risk our life to save them we are essentially saving ourselves

Schopenhauer wrote, “Universal compassion is the only guarantee of morality.”[5] Campbell elaborated, “Now, that spontaneous compassion, I think, would jump culture lines. If you were to see someone of a totally alien world — even a person or a race or nation that you had no sympathy for — the recognition of a common human identity would spark a response. And the ultimate reference of mythology is to that single entity, which is the human being as human.”[6]

Schopenhauer believed this “single entity” has no limits. As he wrote in his 1840 book On the Basis of Morality, “My own true inner being actually exists in every living creature as truly and immediately as known to my consciousness only in myself. This realization, for which the standard formula is in Sanskrit tat tvam asi, is the ground of compassion upon which all true, that is to say unsel sh, virtue rests and whose expression is in every good deed.” [7] The “ultimate reference of mythology” of which Campbell speaks involves not only unity between humans, and between humans and other creatures, but it also involves the unity of the human and the divine. This oneness with the Transcendent or the Absolute has been expressed in various ways in the world’s wisdom traditions. In Christianity, it takes the form of “the kingdom of heaven is within”; in Hinduism, as tat tvam asi or “thou art that,” and “Atman (the immanent eternal Self) and Brahman (the Absolute Principle of all existence) are one; in Buddhism, as one’s entry into Buddha Mind; in Taoism, as being one with the eternal Tao or way of nature. I’m willing to bet that Wesley Autrey never read a scrap of Campbell or Schopenhaur. He didn’t have to. And that’s the point. When he covered Cameron Hollopeter in the path of an oncoming train, he was defying all instincts for perpetuating his genes. He was in the embrace of the One Mind that binds us all, the unity so clearly glimpsed by luminaries such as Campbell and Schopenhauer.

I have long been fascinated by why the Wesley Autreys of the world do what they do. This is not just philosophical curiosity I served as a battalion surgeon in Vietnam in 1968-69 in the boonies, beyond anything as fancy as the MASH units popularized in the famous TV series. My world was a sandbag and barbed wireprotected primitive aid station with minimal equipment, and helicopter missions to aid wounded troops. I was involved in several Autrey-like moments in which I had to make an immediate decision about putting my life on the line for young men in need.

One day in October 1969, a helicopter crashed not far from my forward battalion aid station. I ran to the crash site. When I arrived, the upside-down chopper was ringed by a group of soldiers at a safe distance, because of the expectation that it would explode. The pilot was still conscious, but was trapped in the wreckage and was moaning in pain. Without thinking, I began shoveling sand from the door of the inverted aircraft, entered, and cut the seat belts trapping the pilot. One of my medical crew joined me, and we maneuvered the pilot from the wreckage and carried him to safety. To this day the smell of jet fuel pouring from the ruptured fuel tanks remains a vivid memory, but fortunately the aircraft did not explode. I started an IV on the pilot, gave him morphine for his pain, and put him on a med-evac helicopter that ew him to a medical facility for further attention.

Similar incidents marked my time in the war, which I’ve described elsewhere.[8] When I returned to the U. S., I was amazed on looking back. Before going to Vietnam, I swore I would never take risks, out of respect for my family and those who cared about me. But whenever instances like the crashed helicopter arose, these resolutions evaporated like morning mist in the desert. It was as if they never existed. There was no careful deliberation during these decisive moments, no weighing of consequences, just action I wondered why I did it. I never considered myself a risk-taker. As a physician, I was taught always to be in control to the extent possible, to leave nothing to chance, to apply critical reasoning in every situation. What had happened I remember the day, about a year after my return from Vietnam, when in random readings I stumbled onto Schopenhauer’s description — how at the crucial moment the rescuer’s consciousness fuses with that of the person in need, how separateness dissolves and individuality is set aside, how division is overcome and oneness becomes real. I knew in a heartbeat that this was the explanation for my irrational, risky behavior in the war zone. It was as if a veil had been lifted. This was an epiphany, a forceful revelation of adamantine clarity, an insight into a troubling period in my life I had not been able to fathom. For me, in Vietnam the One Mind had been made esh. It was a priceless gift for which I still tremble in gratitude.

Author Joseph Chilton Pearce, in his book Evolution’s End, points out that the word sacri ce, like the word sacrament, means “to make whole.” Sacri ce, however, has taken on negative connotations, such as slaughtering an animal. But the original meaning of the word as wholeness is captured in the experience of giving oneself to another. “To become whole all parts must be left behind,” Pearce observes, “for a whole is not the sum of its parts but a different state entirely. Eckhart spoke of ‘all named objects’ being left behind when one enters that unknown. We must go beyond the fragmentation of parts and leave the world of diversity to discover the single unity from which all springs.”[9]

But how? Shankara, the ninthcentury Indian philosopher, wrote, “Disease is not cured by pronouncing the name of the m e d i c i n e , b u t b y t a k i n g m e d i c i n e . Deliverance is not achieved by repeating the word ‘Brahman,’ but by directly experiencing Brahman….”[10] It is the same with the principle of oneness. We can read every word of Schopenhauer, Campbell, and a thousand other philosophers who have expounded on this idea, but it will not become real without experience. That is where events like Wesley Autrey’s enter. These life-and-death moments, in which we completely ally our existence with that of someone else, make real the principle that binds all things into unity. These experiences are more persuasive than any spoken or written words. Following these episodes, we

oneness can throw away the books, sermons, and teachings, because now we know. If you decide to live dangerously on purpose, with the express intention of awakening to this awareness, forget it; you probably won’t be successful and may perish in the process. The humbling fact is that the awareness of oneness most often catches us by surprise, not in perilous situations but in the most mundane settings — listening to music, watching a sunset, hearing a baby’s laugh, preparing a meal, or simply doing nothing. The spectrum of trigger-experiences is spectacularly varied, and anyone seeking to nd a formula that might guarantee the experience will be disappointed. This is the domain where the Law of Reversed Effort kicks in, where paradox reigns. Thus the Buddhist observation It is only when you hunt for it that you lose it; You cannot take hold of it, but equally you cannot get rid of it, And while you can do neither, it goes on its own way. You remain silent and it speaks; you speak, and it is dumb; The great gate of charity is wide open, with no obstacles before it.[11]

I can add my name to those of Rupert Sheldrake and Graham Hancock as speakers who find themselves in TEDx’s crosshairs. I was scheduled to speak at the West Hollywood event. But my scientific credibility was questioned by TED’s science advisory board in their decision to withdraw support and revoke the license of TEDxWestHollywood. I’ve lectured at dozens of top-tier medical schools and hospitals all over the U.S. for two decades. Although my colleagues don’t always agree with my points of view, this is the first time my scientific credibility has ever been questioned. My TEDx talk would have dealt with the correlations between spirituality, health, and longevity, for which there is immense evidence; and recent experimental findings that point toward a nonlocal view of consciousness for which, again, there is strong and abundant support. In view of our lack of understanding of the origins and destiny of consciousness, and considering the demographics of the TEDx followers, I thought this information would have been of considerable interest. As a board-certified physician of internal medicine, former chief of staff of a major hospital, author of twelve books and scores of papers on these subjects published in peer-reviewed journals, a recipient of many awards, a frequent lecturer at medical schools and hospitals, and executive editor of the peer-reviewed journal, Explore: The Journal of Science and Healing, I’d be interested in knowing from TED where I came up short.

Spooky Claims In canceling the license for the TEDx event in West Hollywood, it appears that I was accused of

“using the

guise of science” to further spooky claims (or some such). People on this blog have asked what I was going to talk about. That’s easily answered. I was co-founder of a 23 year research program investigating psychic abilities at

Stanford Research Institute.

In this $25 million program we used “remote viewing” to find a downed Russian bomber in North Africa, for which President Carter commended us. We found a kidnapped US general in Italy, and the kidnap car that snatched Patricia Hearst. We looked in on the US hostages in Iran, and predicted the immanent release of Richard Queen, who was soon sent to Germany. We described a Russian weapons factory in Siberia, leading to a US congressional investigation about weakness in US security, etc. We published our scientific findings in Nature, The Proc. IEEE, Proc, AAAS, and Proc. American Institute of Physics. I thought a TED audience would find this recently declassified material interesting. And no physics would be harmed in my presentation. Remote viewing is an ability that many people can easily learn. It is a nonlocal ability, in that its accuracy and reliability are independent of distance. Dean of Engineering Robert Jahn has also published extensively on his experiments at Princeton (Proc. IEEE, Feb 1982). I am not claiming it is quantum anything. It appears to possibly make use of something like Minkowski’s (8 dimensional) complex space/time that he described to Einstein in the 1920s, and is now being re-examined by Roger Penrose. This is not necessarily The answer. But the answer will be some sort similar nonlocal space/time geometry. We taught remote viewing to 6 army intelligence officers in 1979. They then taught a dozen other officers and created an operational army psychic corps at Ft. Meade, which lasted until the end of our program in 1995. A Power Takeover What's Wrong With “Smart” Meters?

On January 17, 2008, President Obama famously said, “Under my plan of a cap-and-trade system, electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket.”[1] It's now becoming evident that the new "smart" meter your utility is attempting to force on you, is the culprit technology for the government-sponsored extortion that Obama was referring to. But that's just the beginning of a hornet's nest of alarming details uncovered in our new documentary, Take Back Your Power, available at www.takebackyourpower.net.

Billions of dollars... no benefits? In a time of economic crisis, the US government allocated $11B of taxpayer funds[2] from the 2009 bailout package to develop a "smart" grid, including "smart" meters for electricity, gas and water. And recently, the European Union has announced mind-numbing plans to blow $700B on the new centralized energy grid.[3] The ostensible reasons for "smart" metering and grid technology: a) to save energy and thus aid the environment; b) to increase power reliability; and c) to give you more control of energy use in your own home.[4]

As if all this is not enough, "smart" meters are functionally designed in combination of "smart" appliances which will also be transmitting to collect swaths of in-home private data on all citizens. According to a US Congressional Research Service report, "Police will have access to data that might be used to track residents’ daily lives and routines while in their homes,

including their eating, sleeping, and showering habits, what appliances they use and when, and whether they prefer the television to the treadmill, among a host of other details."[25] Utilities and Public Utilities Commissions (such as California's PUC) are actually encouraging the sale of this private data to 3rd-party corporate interests, for a profit[26]. And even the former CIA Director, David Patraeus, boasted (in Wired, March 2012) that government will be routinely spying on through their "smart" appliances[27].

"Smart" Spy State

What's at stake is nothing less than our basic rights to life, health, choice and basic freedom itself. When finally understood, this situation is a crisis, but it is also a truly momentous opportunity to claim power back into the hands of the people and communities, by de-centralizing energy production within the community, and vetoing the old centralized systems of extraction. The insanity of these systems is becoming evident, no matter how slick the oligarchy's PR department.

What helps to make sense of this whole thing, is coming to the understanding that governments have become corporate puppets and have been systematically suppressing any tangible solution for decades. The Federation of American Scientists acknowledges that more than 5,000 technology patent applications have been “secretized”.[35] And the US Patent Office actually has a publicly-visible internal law for the suppression of inventions.[36] With 7 of the world's richest companies in the oil/gas/energy industry[37], should it be surprising that corporate governments like Spain have actually passed laws to prohibit the “illegal use of sunlight for energy generation”, setting a fine of $30M Euros for violating homeowners?[38] The fact is, in order for human civilization to make it through this time of terrible corruption – and to realize a world of decentralized power and restoration of rights to health, privacy and life itself – we are now required to transition to higher awareness of our situation. We are being asked to confront our existential fear; to go through the proverbial eye of the needle. This requires a realization of the tremendous magnitude of fraud that has been perpetrated by corporate / government power centers – and then a willingness to take a stand and move our innate Creative force through this awareness.[39] To commit to a solution that burns off the parasite, and benefits the living.

In the end, there is no other way than to stand against corruption, and reveal who we are.

High Stakes

The Federation of American Scientists acknowledges that more than 5,000 technology patent applications have been “secretized”.

Additionally, by many reports there are now more than 1,000 home fires[21] linked to "smart" meters, and tens of thousands have experienced other appliance breakages in their home. Incredulously, almost none of these meters, made mostly in China[22], have been tested or approved by UL or an equivalent standards body[23].

Thus, the

homeowner has no guarantee of coverage, and is often left to deal with the damage and expense to repair.

Tens of thousands of individuals are reporting officially, to governments and utilities, that they are experiencing illness or functional impairments following the installation of "smart" meters[7]. According to court-ordered documentation[8], and independent testing[9], utilities have been proven to be lying about how often "smart" meters transmit bursts of microwave radiation. Depending on the utility their claim is typically something like "4-6 times per day" (Pepco), or "45 seconds per day" (PG&E) -- whereas courts and independent testing reveal that meters are transmitting in the range of 10,000 to 190,000 pulsed microwave transmissions per day[8]. The amount of transmitted microwave radiation has been measured up to 200 times greater[10] (if one is standing next to the meter) than the Building Biology standard threshold for "extreme concern"[11]. The standards set by national agencies such as the FCC[12] are literally thousands of times higher than science-based levels, because they actually assume that harm can only be done if cells actually heat up by a certain amount. This is called a "thermal effect". The reality is that more than 6,000 peer-reviewed, published studies have indicated functional impairment, symptoms of illness or disease (ie. "non-thermal effects") from levels of electromagnetic radiation (EMR) as much as 10,000 times lower than “safety” standards set by organizations such as the FCC, Health Canada, ICNIRP, etc[13]. But the health effects don't end with the pulsed microwave radiation from the meters and all future "smart" appliances - under this international plan. Every "smart" digital electric meter has what's known as a “switching mode power supply”, which is proven to create large amounts of dirty electricity – or high-frequency energy radiating throughout your home's electric circuits, essentially creating an antenna cage. The levels of DE can be several hundred times higher than safety standards. When confronted, one government agent would not talk about this on his work phone, but confirmed the health hazard on a private call.

As you will see in this film, ignorance is not bliss.

Clear evidence of health damage

As stated by Dr. De Kun Li, a respected researcher whom I interviewed with Kaiser Permanente, utilities and industry simply haven't done any studies to show that "smart" meters are safe. Not one. In this complete void of responsibility, independent research is now starting to clearly show negative biological effects. One such example is demonstrated in our film - the effects of a "smart" meter on live human blood - and the results are visually staggering.

First Time in History... This is the first time in history that either governments or corporations are attempting to force a device (on entire populations) which has been directly demonstrated to cause harm to health, rights and property. The installation of "smart" meters is underway or planned in virtually all western countries, despite existing foundational laws which have heretofore served as protection for the people. However, as documented in Take Back Your Power, there is a growing public awareness and resistance to this anti-freedom, anti-life program. Hundreds of local governments have issued a moratorium on the installation of "smart" meters, and in California alone, 15 councils have criminalized the installations[30]. One city council, Sebastopol, has additionally issued an ordinance fining PG&E $500 fine per installed meter[31]. But PG&E and other utilities aroudn the world still are not backing down. Resistance is building in places like British Columbia (where 100,000 have refused their “meter upgrades”, even though they were not even told they had a choice)[32]; and the awareness is rapidly growing worldwide.

In many local governments that are not wishing to respect the wishes of the people, individual councilors and mayors are now beginning to be on the receiving end of civil and criminal litigation[33], and processes based in contract law. As one rights group put it, “No longer can a department head say they were just following orders. No longer can a mayor or city council member say they didn’t know, especially when an avalanche of information is presented to them indicating their position on an issue is detrimental to the health their constituency.” [34]

That is the creative part, the part that looks ahead to the future to see if it can imagine what has not yet been thought of. They both seek reality in different realms and there

It’s the duty of a good manager to rectify this sorry state of affairs as soon as the opportunity arises. It is my mission to point out the implications of the building works the big wigs on Earth have planned for our house. This might all sound rather depressing at first, but I can tell you now that there is a happy ending to the story. This book is brimming with hope and love, love for this planet, its dwellers and each of you. There are blueprints in existence that can restore the innumerable rooms of our unique home to its former glory in just eighty days. And everyone can join in the project. Isn’t that great?

I know it’s rather bold of me to suggest a universal solution for our planet, as in doing so I am actually challenging established science. My story will make it crystal clear just how important that universality is. The big advantage is that you don’t need any academic qualifications to see this knowledge unfold like a flower. At the end of the ride you will see that it’s all there for the taking. If this all sounds strange then let’s just say I’m an ambassador for the planet Terra.

I’m questioning many aspects of our terrestrial science, both the biggest book of even bigger lies history - and physics.

Science describes only the observable outside, the behaviour of things. Science fails to penetrate into the essence of things, that which Nature drives to act as it does.

Consequentially, science is unable to detect the origin of the laws of physics. Cosmology does not know where the Universe came from. All sciences are fragmented and the convenient habit of ‘thinking in boxes’ is predominant. As a result, no scientific discipline understands the origin of coherence, while these mechanisms form the source of our Universe and make life do what it does. Despite this lack of understanding, all aspects of life are being systematically scientifically reviewed and thus brutalized. This is one of the things Marc Juncker exposes intuitively.

After years of combat against prejudices I came, like Marc Juncker, to the following staggering conclusions: 1.

Science is entirely at the service of money-making machines. Everything that maintains the financial-industrial-military status quo is supported; everything that poses a threat to that order is systematically sabotaged. Just try to understand why some theories, such as the M-theory and Super Symmetry, are still supported, although they have not been verified by means of experiments for the past 40 years. A theory like the Big Bang is based on many unproven hypotheses. Observations that point in a different direction are not even published. Why the Big Bang? It supports a religion that tells us that life results from a miracle. Thinking out of the box would put the current world order in jeopardy.

In physics, the required short-sightedness is realized by working solely with mathematics. This analytic approach, also called the Newton paradigm, substantially limits the scope of our thinking. It makes any insight and focus on corrective actions impossible. This deliberately designed error is incorporated into all fields of science based on the scientific method. This induces the fact that some conclusions are quite the opposite of the reality that we experience. It is also a useful error: it enables us to prove anything. This to serve the glory of the ordering, paying client.

As a result of the scientific basis of their training, many highly educated people have a distinctive form of short-sightedness and therefore become the puppets of their paying clients. Academically-trained people are in charge of our country and running the companies.

At all levels, experiments and observations that hamper the existing scientific and economic equilibrium are silenced or questioned by means of unscientific arguments. In fact, it means that true science is deliberately avoided, as the fundamental curiosity required for conducting science is not funded. As soon as anything is about to pose a threat to current insights and therefore the global order, the ranks are closed, rather than opened. The careers of people who think out of the box are destroyed.

WAR ON TERROIR: CAUSE AND EFFECT

The paradox of global warming: At some point, warming caused by both human activity and natural processes results in cooling. That is the physical principle of every action causing an equal and opposite reaction: The sum of the energy comes back to a position of equilibrium that takes no account of the last link in the terroir chain, mankind. The term global warming is therefore a massive misnomer. It would be better to speak of global climate change, a far better description of the phenomenon. Why are the media sticking to the classic story? The answer is not hard to nd. There are big bucks involved in trading emission rights.

Hamaker comes up with the rockhard proof that warming turns into an ice age in a period of just 20 years. That period begins with the abnormal weather conditions we are seeing now. On the last day, the cycle comes to a sputtering end with an abrupt drop in temperature to -50°C for a period of 90,000 years. no more animals, no more humans!

In November 2010, entangled pairs of photons flew from La Palma to Tenerife to show that Einstein was wrong in his quantum theory. The research team, led by Anton Zeilinger from Vienna, didn’t do things by halves: half of each pair of photons was sent at an altitude of 2,400m to the measurement station 150km away, while the others were sent through a six kilometer long rolled up glass fibre.

What did they discover?

individual photons proved to still be aware of one another’s vibration directions, implying that they are in telepathic contact, as it were.138 News channels spoke in their reports of a

‘spooky entanglement’.

The second condition is that knowledge should be universally available; it is not the prerogative of the top of the power pyramid. Hopefully, the transfer to universal knowledge will take place without too much violence when the

people find out how long they have been taken for a ride.

It must be crystal clear to everyone that the ecosystems on the planet Terra can only be restored once our spiritual link with the universe has been restored. There is no obvious material solution as long as science continues to conceal the principle of universal geometry and our origins. Withholding new technologies that no longer have any negative impact on the planet can be perfectly situated in this framework. It largely explains why ‘science is advancing so slowly’. In the meantime, the clock is ticking away towards certain destruction if we allow this criminal clique to prosper. Incidentally, if we take all the pyramids and other remarkable constructions on this planet into consideration, it is not the first time that Mother Nature has burst into a rage. This time, however, we don’t have to succumb anonymously like previous civilizations on this planet. I already hinted at how when I said in the previous act that universal geometry lies buried in our hearts. The solutions for this planet also lie in our hearts. That is what makes us humans so special. What is unique about the heart? Well, to answer that we need to go to the Institute of HeartMath in Boulder Creek (California), which is affiliated with the University of Stanford. Their research team has established that in human conception the heart begins beating even before the brain is formed.

The researchers posed themselves the question of where intelligence comes from (a poignant question where some people are concerned). The answer is that the heart not only performs a brain function but includes a full system of brain cells, some 40,000 in total.180 That is not many, but it demonstrates the link between the two: The heart takes precedence, possesses a basic package of universal information and, when the mind cooperates, the heart automatically responds. The researchers speak plainly about heart intelligence.

Science, Logic, and Spirituality:

The Revival of Ancient Philosophy. My main goal in this article is to provide a simple but powerful argument to help us understand how the foundation of all physical reality necessarily is non-physical. While there are a variety of approaches one could take to reach a similar conclusion, what makes this approach so signi icant is that it is rooted in a rational examination of the presuppositions and implications of the fact that science is even possible.

How is it that we have the capacity to discover mathematical laws that tell us many things about the physical world in very great detail? 3. Does physics tell us the whole story about the nature of reality? In order to better appreciate and understand the forthcoming argument, let us irst consider three common, but false, assumptions that could otherwise impede our goal: 1. Logic is irrelevant to spirituality 2. Science is purely logical

3. Science proves spirituality to be true

a) Logic is irrelevant to spirituality Logic proceeds step-by-step and is bound by time, whereas spiritual insight is instantaneous and touches the realm of the eternal. If we remain within the con ines of logical thought, we will be unable to enter into the light of pure, direct understanding, but without proper use of logic our spiritual insight can easily lapse into sterile (or even dangerous) dogma. In fact, we may have what we believe to be a great insight of one sort or another, and yet it sometimes turns out to be nothing more than a projection of, or interpretation through, our own fears or desires. At other times, we may have a profound insight, but then not have any idea what to do with it or how to actualize it. Employing logical thought to help lead us to, as well as test, understand, and apply our insights is a crucial part of the entire creative process. Those who eschew the importance of logical and rational thought for spiritual development cannot be said to be pursuing a holistic path, and they may very well be trying to keep you from discovering that their views do not make any sense. b) Science is purely logical Most of us have the capacity for basic logical reasoning, which is often suf icient for everyday purposes. Relatively few people, however, have the training to be able to understand the contents of a symbolic logic textbook, and many of us do not actually know how to evaluate the validity of a basic argument. We often accuse others of being illogical when they offer views with which we disagree, and yet we usually have no idea whether or not what they have said is really illogical. Those who adhere to the dogma of scientism, the view that only empirical science provides true knowledge of all facets of reality, are often guilty of making such unjusti ied accusations. They also tend to assume that science is a purely logical a c t i v i t y, a n d c o n v e n i e n t l y f o r g e t ( o r disingenuously ignore) the fact that pioneering scienti ic discoveries also require imagination, insight, or intuition beyond the con ines of logical strictures.

If science had been restricted to valid logic arguments, it would never have developed in the irst place. Indeed, Werner Heisenberg, one of the eminent pioneering formulators of quantum physics, also noted that the “insistence on the

postulate of complete logical clari ication would make science impossible”. Logic simply says that if something, X, is true, then something else, Y, must also be (or is likely to be) true. But logic cannot tell us whether or not X and Y are actually true in reality. Logic is an extraordinarily powerful mental tool, a foundational pillar in the hierarchy of the sciences, but it is powerless to construct anything without the guidance of mind or consciousness that transcends it. We are wrong to reject the necessity of logical thought, but we are equally wrong to cling to it. c) Science proves spirituality to be true A vital part of the advance of scienti c knowledge is the discovery of new laws that help explain or predict the behavior of physical objects and processes, while our technological applications expand as inventors and innovators gure out how to apply such explanations in novel ways. However, science and technology on their own are unable to prove anything about spirituality. They need help from philosophy, which, unfortunately, is almost always overlooked in such discussions, to the detriment of all related pursuits. By providing a rational examination of the implications and presuppositions of the foundations of science, we can then be in a better position to clarify genuine interrelations between science and spirituality. Such an undertaking, however, requires an extraordinary amount of work, and here we are merely introducing the topic. If we really want to understand such deep territory, then surely we must realize that it requires an appropriate amount of effort and dedication.

Reviving Ancient Philosophy

Many scientists try to disregard philosophy, as do many spiritual enthusiasts, and yet, without suf icient philosophical thought, neither group can make any claim about actually understanding anything they say. As Heisenberg noted, the sciences are compelled to engage with philosophy “if we wish to make fundamentally important advances and to understand them”. Without philosophical thinking, both science and spirituality would stagnate, and would never have developed to such a degree in the irst place (or, arguably, not at all). Once we implement proper philosophical reasoning, however, we then can make reasonable claims about the relations between science and spirituality. In fact, I would go so far as to say that once we have understood the philosophical foundations of science, we can then rationally show how science is only possible because spirituality is true, which is a far more powerful claim than saying that science proves spirituality. Scienti ic interpretations change, such as what has occurred with the development of quantum physics and its move beyond classical physics. For example, there are still a great number of academics who adhere to the metaphysical (philosophical) position known as materialism, the view that only physical objects are real. This metaphysical view denies the core of spirituality, and it has many social implications that have been responsible for much of the devastation and inequality that pervades our world. Since quantum physics helps drive home the fact that materialism is false, those who still cling to this view are now espousing an outdated antiscienti ic metaphysics, which is all the more ironic when they claim to be the guardians of scienti ic knowledge.

My concern now, however, is that if we build our metaphysics and spirituality on a scienti ic foundation rooted in quantum physics, then if (or rather, when) this scienti ic paradigm changes in

the future, our metaphysics and spirituality could lose their entire foundation. We would then be in the perpetually awkward position of trying to reinvent our spirituality to show a retroactive conformity with the newly emerged scienti ic worldview. Alternatively, we could choose to abandon our spirituality, reject any association with science, or revert to fundamentalism, which are not very attractive options. We can hardly foresee what new scienti ic paradigms may emerge in the distant (or even relatively near) future. Indeed, the majority of scientists a little over a century ago did not foresee the advent of quantum physics, so why should we expect anything less dramatic in the future? Nevertheless, I do think it is incredibly important to clarify how quantum physics does, in fact, deny materialism, but with two caveats. First, classical physics, properly understood, also denies materialism, as would any future physics, which my argument at the end of this article addresses. Second, the denial of materialism does not entail the truth of its opposite position, known as

modern idealism, which generally claims that all of reality is mental or non-physical. The totality of reality embraces both the physical and nonphysical, and ultimate reality transcends this materialistic-idealistic dichotomy.

Nevertheless, spirituality does have ontological priority over science, which is to say, at the very least, that spirit is prior to body, or that the nonphysical realm of reality is prior to the physical realm. Providing a rational defense of this claim, however, is anything but easy, and it makes spiritual adherents look na ve (at best) when they refuse to acknowledge the importance of rationally clarifying their beliefs so far as they are able. If we want to prevent both science and spirituality from lapsing into sterile dogma, we need to dive into philosophy. One of philosophy’s roles in this context is to help us rationally unveil the abstract fundamental truths, such as intelligibility, order, and unity, which underpin both science and spirituality. These truths tend to be taken for granted in the realm of spirituality, but we usually lack the philosophical muscle required to satisfy our intellect about their reality and function. However, since the common view about science is that such principles are irrelevant, if not utter fabrications, let us brie ly consider why this view is false. If there were no unity in reality, then no two scienti ic theories, or even any two hypotheses within the same theory, could ever be in relation with each other, or with the phenomena they purportedly explain. Since all relations presuppose some sort of unity, where different things are bound together in some particular way, then the denial of unity would make formulating a coherent scienti ic theory impossible. In fact, if we deny the reality of unity, then nothing could exist at all, not even the universe, for every particular thing is a whole that is composed of different parts bound together in such a way as to produce a uni ied agent. So if there were no such thing as unity, then there could be no such entities as uni ied agents.

Following a similar line of argument, we come to realize that if there were no order, then everything would be random, and we could

never make any accurate predictions about the behavior of observable phenomena. But since we can make incredibly accurate predictions about a great many observations, then there must be some sort of hidden order operating behind the visible phenomena. Finally, if there were no intelligibility inherent in reality, we would not have the capacity of mind to discover at least some portion of the laws by which the universe operates. Since our minds have been able to discover a growing number of such physical laws, then clearly there is intelligibility in reality. This entails that our minds have the capacity to be in harmony with the laws of the cosmos, at least to some degree, however small that may be. While spirituality and science both adhere to such fundamental abstract principles as intelligibility, order, and unity, it is through philosophical reasoning that such underlying compatibility becomes apparent. While philosophy provides the rational foundation for both science and spirituality, it is generally the role of science to apply such understanding in actively discovering new laws of nature, and it is generally the role of spirituality to provide a framework for how to live our lives and develop as spiritual beings. Of course, such distinctions can become somewhat blurry under closer examination.

Not surprisingly, many academics would strongly disagree with my characterization of philosophy. For example, some professional philosophers would say that logic, rationality, and unity are nothing more than myths with no bearing in reality. Such philosophers, however, have nothing helpful to say about the foundations of science, and if their views were correct, it would spell the end of all rational dialogue. In fact, it would be the end of the universe. Other academic philosophers may claim that philosophy is only concerned with pursuing logical relations, often in the service of science, but that such pursuits have no relation to spirituality or how to live our lives. These philosophers, however, have left us with a barren skeleton; it has structure, but no life. There are other views as well, including some that more or less are in agreement with my own, but they are a minority within the modern university. When I speak of philosophy, I am referring to the ancient Pythagorean, Parmenidean, and Platonic philosophers. This broad tradition embraced both spirituality and science, and its impact upon developments in both ields of inquiry over the last twenty- ive centuries can hardly be overstated. Unfortunately, most of us are unaware of this historical fact. Our modern culture has essentially attempted to eradicate the foundation of its own edi ice and, in so doing, we have twisted, perverted, and misused the priceless gems of insight and understanding that were so laboriously provided for us by these ancient philosophical schools.

The “feel-good” spirituality that has permeated much of our contemporary culture has done little more than numb our capacity for critical thought as we descend further into chaos and disaster, both personally and collectively. However, I do not wish to downplay the importance of “positive thinking”, nor am I disparaging the extraordinary efforts of those who have been providing a means to make dif icult issues in spirituality more widely accessible. But I am emphatically asserting that if we want to have any hope of

enabling a better world to emerge out of the devastation we have been causing to ourselves and to our planet, then we need to become much more serious. We certainly need to accept far more personal responsibility for the state of the world, rather than continually blaming others, or smiling and pretending that everything is “perfect just as it is”. Our desire to ignore “the negative” only temporarily insulates us from facing the destruction we are causing directly or indirectly around the world. We do not want to face this truth, so we pretend it isn’t happening, which then just makes things worse, feeding into a vicious cycle. Eventually it will catch up with us. A s p a r t o f t h e p r o c e s s r e q u i r e d f o r understanding how best to navigate our way through such dif iculties as we are facing today, we would be wise to apply a much greater effort in understanding our historical roots, which reach all the way back to ancient Greece, Egypt, and beyond. I do not expect everyone to devote themselves to such intellectual pursuits, but surely many of us have the capacity to develop a better appreciation of our own philosophical heritage, or can at least strive to understand our own minds more clearly and question our own assumptions more often.

The Non-physical Foundation of the Physical Universe There are also many in our culture who believe that one of the conditions for being scienti ically and intellectually sophisticated is to deny spirituality or anything mystical or non-physical. Such people, however, have a shallow and confused understanding of science and reason, and their materialistic philosophy, whether clearly articulated or held unconsciously, has devastating consequences for society, and upon their own state of being. On the other side, there are many spiritual practitioners who readily accept the possibility of mystical experiences, or that there is a non-physical aspect to reality, and yet they may have no idea how to defend their views rationally. For such people, the approach I am sharing here should be of great bene it. However, if they believe there is no need of rationality in spirituality, then I am afraid they are just as confused as their materialistic counterparts, and are promoting what may be an equally harmful worldview. While there are different ways to reach a similar conclusion, I will here offer a condensed version of a more detailed argument to show how the possibility of science necessarily presupposes the reality of the nonphysical foundations of the physical universe: 1. Physics is the foundation of all other sciences 2. Physics relies upon mathematical laws to describe the physical world 3. Numbers are fundamental to mathematics 4. Numbers are not physical ______________________________

5. Therefore, the foundation of the physical world is not physical

If we want to reject the claim that something non-physical can still be real, then in this case we would have to say that the symbol for the number one represents something unreal. What follows, therefore, is that the mathematical laws of physics are unreal. But if the mathematical laws of physics are unreal, then we would have to conclude that they are nothing more than ictions, and we should each of us be able to create any scienti ic laws we want on a whim. Since we obviously cannot do such a thing, and only through great effort can we discover laws of physics that actually provide results, then we have to say that the mathematical foundation of science is not a iction. However, if the mathematical foundation of science is not a iction, then it must be real, and since we already know that mathematics has no physicality, we must admit that despite having no physicality, mathematics is still real. In other words, the realm of non-physical mathematical laws is genuinely real.

Now, consider the well-known fact that dogs can hear certain sounds that humans cannot, as we do not possess the same auditory apparatus. What this fact amounts to in more general terms is that, unless we have some sort of relevant relational af inity with a speci ic object

This deceptively simple argument has no need to evoke the apparent weirdness of quantum physics, because it applies equally to classical physics, quantum physics, and to any future physics. Those who most vociferously attack anything sounding like spirituality, all the while extolling the supposed high priesthood of empirical science, have ubiquitously overlooked the fact that mathematics has no physicality. This fact is inescapable. You cannot locate the number one anywhere in physical reality. You can point to a symbol, such as “1”, but the symbol is not the thing itself, and if you think it is dif icult trying to ind what is represented by the number “1”, just try inding what is represented by the number “0”. If numbers represent something real, then we have to admit that what they represent is non-physical, and so we have to say that numbers are real and non-physical.

of potential discovery, we will never be able to discover it. In other words, if my ears do not have the relevant af inity with the incoming sound wave, then I will not detect it. But if I can detect it, it will be because I have some sort of af inity with it. If I need to have some sort of an af inity with something in order to have the potential to discover it, and if the mathematical laws of physics have no physicality and yet I still have the potential to discover them, then I must have some sort of relevant relational af inity with these laws. Whatever else may be required of me to be able to discover a mathematical law of physics, it seems reasonable to say that unless I, too, have some non-physical aspect, it would be impossible for me to discover or recognize anything that is non-physical. Therefore, there must be something about humans that is both physical and non-physical, as many spiritual teachers across various cultures have attested throughout history. Since physics describes physical reality by relying upon mathematical laws that are themselves non-physical, and since physics has no way to explain the nature or source of these non-physical mathematical laws, then physics necessarily can never tell the whole story of reality.

Even in principle, if we had absolute knowledge of all physics, there would still be deeper aspects of reality forever beyond its reach, and beyond the reach of all the sciences. While the sciences are extraordinarily good at what they do, they cannot do everything. More importantly, however, is the obvious but often forgotten fact that the fruits of scienti ic knowledge can be used for good or bad, to help or to harm. We can create devastating physical, chemical, and biological weapons that are capable of annihilating great numbers of people at the push of a button. Alternatively, we can perform life-saving surgeries that require the use of technologies that depend upon the same laws of physics as nuclear missiles. In other words, how we apply our scienti ic knowledge is up to us. It is our spiritual vision, or lack thereof, that has an overarching impact upon the development and application of our scienti ic knowledge. It is of great importance, therefore, for us to be committed to the pursuit of truth, and to aim to acquire, as Albert Einstein once said, “a vivid sense of the beautiful and of the morally good”. To this end, it would be very helpful for us to understand so far as possible how the mathematical laws of physics have their source in higher metaphysical principles, which in turn ind their source in the ineffable One, which is absolutely empty and yet is the source of all reality.

Final Comments For some people, this article will make immediate sense, as its conclusions will be obvious and will probably do little more than to reinforce what they already knew. For others, it may be a whole new way of re lecting on spirituality and science. After all, we are usually not taught to think this way in school, or even in university; on the contrary, we are implicitly (and sometimes explicitly) discouraged from doing so. Hopefully, for such people, this article will be the beginning of a new type of intellectual and spiritual exploration. However, some people will not like this article at all, and for different reasons. Some will continue to insist that logic has no place in spirituality, proclaiming that spirituality is about love and feeling, and so forth, and not the coldness of logical arguments. Others, however, will want to say that nothing I have said is logical, and that I have misrepresented the very nature of scienti ic discovery. Let me, therefore, brie ly address these possible criticisms. If I say I like to exercise, it does not follow that I dislike studying abstract theories, and yet we often jump to such illogical conclusions quite swiftly and easily. We may harbor a certain stereotype that people who like to exercise cannot also be intellectuals, and likewise that intellectuals cannot also be spiritual, and that those who are spiritual cannot also be scienti ic, and so forth. Similarly, just because I have not mentioned anything about love or emotion, or sex, or nutrition, or yoga, or mediation, or a great many other relevant possibilities, it does not follow that I do not value such things. We need love, and we need logic. We need body, and we need mind. We need a lot of things, and we need so very little.

It is certainly interesting that, on one hand, Plato is often viewed as being purely rationalistic, and on the other, that he is too mystical. Similarly, Heisenberg recognizes the

Platonic tradition as being at the foundation of modern science, while others claim that Platonism is anti-scienti ic. The fact is, this philosophical tradition offers a rational mysticism that is truly the foundation of science. When we mistakenly believe that science is materialistic, then we also mistakenly believe that Platonism is anti-scienti ic, since Platonism resolutely denies materialism. In his dialogue called Phaedrus, Plato has his mentor, Socrates, say that “the greatest of blessings come to us through madness, when it is sent as a gift of the gods”. In another dialogue, the Apology, Socrates claims that he had been commanded by the God “through oracles and dreams and in every way in which some divine in luence or other has ever commanded a man to do anything”. And in the Phaedo, Socrates claims that the inspired mystic, the genuine participant of Bacchanalian frenzy, is the true philosopher, someone who he has tried in every way to become. Socrates was a sort of shaman, but one who spent his life in a rational examination of his experiences and their implications, both for himself and his society. Rationality and mysticism each imply and depend upon the other, and Socrates was able to discover and live a magni icent balance between them.

Imagine climbing up a ladder to reach the roof of a three-story house. If you want to walk on the roof and have a wider panoramic view of your surroundings, then you will have to leave your ladder behind. Once you have attained this wider vision from atop the roof, you will need to descend back down the ladder. After all, you cannot stay on the roof forever, as you will soon become hungry, need to use the bathroom, and so on. You are also quite likely to injure yourself if you jump off the roof, so you had better descend carefully back down the ladder.

The ladder, of course, represents the step-bystep process of logical reasoning, which must be left behind once you attain the summit of your current limit in order to behold a greater spiritual vision, represented by your time on the roof. Reason helps you to both ascend and descend, and the higher you go, the greater your need for a sturdy ladder. This metaphor has its limitations, of course, but it can also be expanded further to help us understand a variety of possible spiritual situations.

For those who may claim that my arguments are not logical, I would have to ask them whether they mean that my arguments are deductively invalid, or inductively implausible, and then we would have to go into a far more esoteric and specialized discussion concerning the very metaphysical foundations of logic. We must also remember that, despite its extraordinary power, logic itself can at times be quite absurd. Consider the following argument (formally referred to as Modus Ponens): If p Then q p ______________ Therefore q This is a valid logical argument, and it is a form of reasoning we use every day. For example:

(You are late for work) ______________ Therefore (you will be ired) Since the variables p and q can represent any potential word or statement, let us see what can happen when we use random statements. If (Tom is a purple banana) Then (all elephants can ly)

This meaningless argument is of the same formal structure as the two arguments above it, and so it, too, is logically valid. Even without analyzing the underlying complexities of this example, we can still recognize the key point that logic has limited applicability. Consequently, we often need to move beyond formal logical validity if we want any hope of discovering new, relevant, and meaningful knowledge. For those who may happen to believe that I have misrepresented the sciences, I can only say that they are wrong. While I have here provided only a hint of the relevant details on the subject, I can assure you that many of the greatest pioneering theoretical physicists throughout history, including the main founders of modern science four hundred years ago such as Copernicus, Kepler, Galileo, and Newton, to many of the developers of quantum mechanics, such as Planck, Einstein, Heisenberg, Schr dinger, Pauli, and others, had similar or compatible visions about the nature of reality as the one I have here brie ly presented.

Partition Theory & the Hologram Projector of Physical Reality

Introduction

This is the third instalment of my work to appear in the Science to Sage magazine. The rst, back in July (link) focuses in on the machinations of the primordial numerical and mathematical structure itself. Here I showed the completely coherent and congruent numerical structure that is based on the Numbers 0 to 9 together with techniques involving modular arithmetic (Mod 9 exclusively) to reveal information critical to our understanding of Important Integer Sequences, Music, Prime Numbers and more

The second instalment saw the debut of an early version of the ‘DNA & Amino Acids – The Game Unpacked’ paper that appeared in the August edition (Link). This paper indicates irrefutably that there exists a primordial numerical, musical and mathematical structure to the Universe, as it is embedded in the Amino Acids that make up all Life. No numerology at all, just plain old totting up of what is countably there In this last instalment I will take you through some of the second of my two, non ‘numerological’ papers, entitled – ‘Partition Theory and the Hologram Projector of Physical Reality’ - The title may sound a little frightening to the layperson but I promise that this is some of the simplest mathematics you will come across. Relating number to geometry is really how mathematics might better be taught in schools today so that children form relationships with numbers by virtue of their shapes and geometric integration Perhaps the greatest mathematician of all, the self - taught Indian, Ramanujan, won acclaim at the beginning of the 20th century for his discovery of certain congruencies in the Partition Table and it is in this same Table that I unveil what I think everyone who has studied this area of mathematics has been looking for, but probably could not conceive of how, and somehow I have been blessed with being able to see it clearly and to be able to share it freely

and the mechanics of its unfolding, is properly understood Rather as I have done with my paper on Prime Numbers, and another on DNA and Amino Acids, what I have done is to look at the ‘game’ of Number Partitions with fresh, uneducated eyes, to discover some radically new thoughts about how Partitions might work and how integral they actually are to the structure and creation of Physical Reality Partitioning numbers, for me, is akin to peeling the layers of an onion to inspect the guts of the number we are scrutinising. It shows every geometric form that a number has the potential to morph into. Some numbers are particularly revealing when you open them up and see how they work, as I hope to convey Now, because of my previous years of research I was armed with what to look for in terms of the numbers that might make my ears prick up and it really did not take me but a moment to spot some glaringly obvious numbers that burst out at me from the Partition Table above

Surprisingly, such a seeming elementary and almost recreational indulgence requires some profound mathematics for its study and there is much more to the Partition Table than at rst meets the eye. In fact, it is my belief that All the Secrets of the Universe may be deciphered when a full understanding of this algorithm,

Above we can see that the 1st Column shows the Total Number of Partitions for the Numbers 0 to 34. The Numbers 0 – 34 are in the 3rd Column The shaded parts represent the Stage Values for every Number that has taken its place in the Partition Sequence, seen in Column 1

But what really did it was noticing again that

As soon as I saw this table, I was instantly attracted by the number 792 as the total number of partitions for the Number 21, a most important number.

and then looking in my Prime Number Sequence to see that

I immediately recognised 21 as 3 x 7 representing 3 Octaves, and remembered that the Mod 9 analysis showed that the Octaves were paired and re ected, and separated by 3 octaves. See my paper on Music here. I also remembered that 21 is unique among numbers in terms of its effects as a divisor on all other numbers. Uniquely, it produces a 6 digit recurring decimal that does not have symmetry – the only number to do so – please see the paper here I was also aware that a great deal seems to revolve around the 3 and the 7 in line with Hermetic wisdom and traditional philosophy. Recent research into John Conway’s Game of Life had revealed that a line of 3, a space and a line of 7, produced a stable, symmetrical pattern after 185 generations (5 x 37 = 185), with oscillating parts to the pattern (indicative to me of the potential for perpetual Life) all played out on the dimensions of a rectangular grid, measuring 40 x 72, for an area of 2880 units. 2880 is interestingly the same number you get if you subtract the Moon’s Mean Radius which is 1080 miles from the Earth’s Mean Radius which is 3960 Miles – see more here

I knew I was looking at something really special, as 37 and 73 were key components to Vernon Jenkins, Hologram Projector idea and the integration of geometries - http:// homepage.virgin.net/vernon.jenkins/Symb.htm It all came together in my mind in a moment as I looked at the numbers vertically, in the 12th Stage and saw the Number 55 as the 12th stage for the Number 21. I then saw that the 27 at the 12th Stage for the Number 15 would map perfectly to the 72 on the 18th Stage through a rotation of 90 degrees and then I saw all the geometric integrations taking place for each of the numbers vertically and horizontally What I could see was the integration of Sound Waves, horizontally on the Number 21, and Light Waves, vertically on Stage 12, to produce physical reality The Partition Table shows the exact algorithm that Numbers utilise to build the projection of Physical Reality right out of the 9 Numbers.

3960 – 1080 = 288 The Magnetic 3 generates the 6 and 9. The Electric 7 generates the Prime Numbers and their exclusive Family Number Groups, 1 4 7 and 2 5 8, visible through its divisive effects of all other numbers 1/7 = 0.142875 R – see here for much more information.

About Jon DePew I have been researching energy on my own for many years. I do my own experiments as to confirm or disprove my own thoughts pertaining to energy. This technique of doing experiments of my own conception and not just replicating others experiments, has enabled me to uncover some very important and original discoveries which is now changing science on a daily basis. There are many self imposed restrictions scientists have placed on themselves, and thus causing science not to progress forward as quickly as it should have. Doing my own work and absorbing anything I felt was relative to TRUTH in regards to Energy is how I advanced to a level that has been o verwhelming in rewarding and truthful knowledge. I've studied through the years a few great researchers of energy from history such as Nikola Tesla , Edward Leedskalnin , Albert Cushing Crehore among others. I only absorbed and focused my attention on what I felt were TRUTHS within all my reading, and original experimenting of my own design. Then one night doing some physical scientific experiments, I saw something in my magnetic work similar to the ancient Flower of Life design. This instantly made me realize that all of Sacred Geometry was really the SEGMENTED BLUEPRINTS to MAGNETIC ENERGIES .. This conclusion also tied together some work of Ed Leedskalnin, an immigrant from Latvia and the builder of the Coral Castle or also known as Rock Gate. An amazing muti-ton hand carved coral stone complex located in Homestead Florida. Ed Leedskalnin had left a subtle visual design on the cover of one of his small self published booklets entitled "MAGNETIC CURRENT". This was a design showing two flexible curves seen in many ancient designs and architectures.

So on my own, I took those two curves and proved my conclusions of Sacred Geometry being the Blueprints of Magnetic energies. I proved it visually , mathematically, and most importantly in real working PHYSICAL SCIENTIFIC DEMONSTRATIONS.

Each culture is expressing different artistic and theological metaphors inherently teaching the same creative force concept. The creative force has many different names. God, Source, Sound, Energy, Magnets, Resonance, Fractals, Soul. Consciousness, Geometry, Ect… Call this creative force whatever you want. Nikola Tesla said: “The

day Science begins to study nonphysical phenomena, it will make more progress in one decade than in all previous centuries of its existence.”

He was the sage who was capable of uniting science with the metaphysical. He had supernatural senses, and he was trying to explain to humanity that there are all these di erent forms of the same energy available for us. We only need to nd out how to access them without disturbing the laws of nature.
