It all started long ago, 1993 to be exact
A card was put together as a fun joke to send to friends on a special day! Valentine’s involves a touch or booty, and the cards occasionally flirted with that concept, but rather tastefully. The cards became popular and the tradition has continued thanks to my good friends, Nick Follger, the photographer and his wife Michele, the editor and graphic designer. The poetry is mine as well as all the “characters” in the photo’s, that range from “the Thinker”; Dorothy-Scarecrow-Tin Man; The David; a mermaid; a Trucker; a Cherub, and many versions and poses of Cupid himself !!
This book was put together to preserve the cards as a memory of years of fun, great memories, creativity, and joy to their recipients.
