4rd annual celebration of our rich diversity! Bring along your parents, your kids, your siblings or anyone who is up for a great ethnic adventure. We are all so proud that students with such a variety of backgounds and nationalities attend our school. Come and enjoy delicious ethnic foods, rich traditions, traditional costumes, great music. And do not be shy to participate! It is potluck so cook your favorite entree, salad or a dessert and share it with the crowd!

Please tell us the name of your dish, country of origin (if known), and list major ingredients on an index card for people to review for dietary purposes. Hot items should be brought in aluminum half‐sheet trays. (Food Items can be homemade or purchased.) Please bring a copy of your recipe for the Lotspeich Cookbook project. Please bring appropriate serving utensils. Drinks and paper products will be provided.

Need ideas? Share a talent on the stage...Demonstrate something unique at a booth/table…Organize a group presentation, slide show or skit…Teach us a song or a dance…Offer a hands‐on craft for children…Wear traditional dress.
