upporters Direct Scotland are an umbrella organisation that aim to promote good governance in sport and enable the development of sustainable clubs based on supporters involvement and community ownership.

ncreased engagement between supporters and football has been accepted as a positive step by the game’s key stakeholders, with the football authorities stating that “club’s interests are best served through having working relationships with its supporters”.

e work to help supporters gain influence in the governance and ownership of their clubs and Scottish football in general. As a member of the Scottish FA’s Congress, we have a structured relationship and dialogue with the game’s authorities and are able to present the views of fans on the game’s key issues including including governance, grassroots, society and the matchday experience.

upporters are the lifeblood of football and we want fans across the country to have as a strong voice as possible within the game. We’re looking for supporters to help us continue empowering fans and ensuring their voices are heard by those that make decisions.

• Branding across the Network via our communication streams and our extensive social media reach • Access to a huge market of engaged football supporters through our database of supporters and stakeholders • Extensive media exposure — through our activities including Scottish Football Supporters Survey • Branding — your company logo applied to all marketing assets, literature and social media on an ongoing basis • Sponsorship of our events including annual Supporters Summit and SDS Cup match

We operate four main areas of work within Scottish football. Our Scottish Supporters Network which involves the running of the Scottish Football Supporters Survey delivered in partnership with the Scottish FA, our anti-discrimination programme Colours of our Scarves, our consultancy arm Club Development Scotland and our partnership with the Scottish FA in developing the Supporter Liaison Officer role within the game.

The community of our overall network consists of the Supporters Direct Scotland’s membership (and other supporter groups), our Scottish Supporters Network members, our social media follows and clubs and groups we work with through our other projects.

The combined reach of our work stretches over 20,000 individuals across Scotland and members include the likes of Hibernian Supporters Limited, West of Scotland Tartan Army, Scottish Disabled Supporters Association, The Well Society, Celtic Supporters Club Affiliation and Dons Supporters Trust.
