LEAD Program Kicked Off in February!

Our LEAD Program started in February, thanks to the hard work of the Maintenance Committee. We had members of the committee design the program and teach the first day of classes. We have seen several LEAD participants at committee meetings and at luncheons since the start of the program, and we hope to see all 20 of the LEAD participants before they graduate the program in October.

We also have Lucky Hour coming up for Maintenance Appreciation, which is something new designed by the Maintenance Committee.

Please make sure when you see these new faces in our committee meetings and at the luncheons to welcome them and congratulate them on being accepted into the program! We have a couple people on the waiting list to join the second LEAD class, so if you are interested or one of your team members is, please get them on the list for the one that will hopefully start later in the year!
