On Trend for the Trade Show

Where in the world is Lisa today? Or my friends will just text me – WIWLT? I am likely at a property, somewhere in the Southeastern United States. All the projects have the same components that perhaps vary only in design theme to meet the market.

What distinguishes us from all the other developers out there? The time we take to specify the products and components in the properties we create. More than that, we leverage our relationships with suppliers to get the best products at the best price. We have worked with manufacturers to get distinguishing flooring and fixtures at optimal prices.
