Management and Marketing Concepts, Inc. (MMC Properties) was created in 1988 by Mrs. Jean Cline and began its operations with three employees and 122 multifamily units. Over the past 30 years, MMC Properties has grown to over 55 employees and manages over 2,500 multifamily units and 600 single family homes in the Middle Tennessee market, specifically Rutherford County. MMC Properties established long term relationships with quality investors by maintaining strategic partnerships that are defined by mutual goals and expectations. At any given time, our teams are working towards achieving the goals of our owners by providing management expertise, guidance, consultation and research for new developments, refinance options, disposition, or exchange.

MMC manages properties in all phases of their life cycle. Whether it is a new construction lease-up, stabilized, or older property going through renovations, we have the capabilities and experience to exceed expectations.
