Here are 10 easy habits Audrey suggests implementing to improve your health and well-being:

Wake up at the same time every day to set your body clock and metabolism.

Take at least five minutes to meditate and set your intention for the day.

Drink at least 20 ounces of water, adding fruit or herbs for a change of pace and flavor.

Stop your day, no matter how busy you are, to make sure you fuel your body with healthy food.

The Tom Coughlin Jay Fund Foundation provides comprehensive financial, emotional, and practical support to help keep families in their homes, put food on their tables, keep the lights on, and so much more when a family is tackling childhood cancer. The Jay Fund, the nonprofit organization founded by two-time Super Bowl-winning head coach Tom Coughlin, was established in 1996 in the memory and spirit of the late Boston College football player Jay McGillis, who lost his battle with leukemia. From diagnosis to recovery and beyond, the Jay Fund is part of the team, allowing parents and caregivers to focus solely on their child’s well-being. The mission is to BE THERE for families facing the unthinkable so they can BE THERE for the patient. To date, the foundation has provided over $16 million in financial assistance and helped over 5,000 families.

Since 1984, the mission of Lighthouse has been to lovingly guide and support women, men and teens facing unplanned pregnancies toward life-enhancing choices. At Greens Do Good, a hydroponic, vertical farm in Hackensack, New Jersey, our mission is to transform the way our local community sources healthy produce by providing the freshest ingredients in a sustainable and socially responsible way. Autism is the fastestgrowing neurological disability, yet nearly half of 25-year-olds with autism have never held a paying job. Greens Do Good, which opened its doors in 2019, provides meaningful job training and employment to teens and adults with autism. Tommy was a beautifully sweet, silly, and caring little boy. He loved his siblings, Star Wars and Legos, and he had a gift for making his family and his buddies laugh. At age four, Tommy was diagnosed with a brain tumor, and he fought a brave two-year battle with strength and resiliency. After he passed away, the Tommy Strong Foundation was founded as a way to honor Tommy’s legacy by helping other families affected by childhood cancer. The Tommy Strong Foundation funds patient support programs and research focused on improving treatments and outcomes for children with cancer. Tommy Strong has helped to fund clinical trials, research labs, patient support services and housing, and has provided toys, books, meals and care packages to patients and their families. With the help of their supporters, the Tommy Strong Foundation continues to support and advocate for children diagnosed with cancer, so that they can get back to being a kid again.
