Welcome to Larch Hill Adventure Camp!

We’re thrilled to introduce our Summer Adventure Programme, a unique blend of outdoor exploration, personal growth, and hands-on learning. This exciting camp is designed to foster teamwork, build skills, and nurture a deep appreciation for nature.

What are the dates?

What does the cost include?

Larch Hill: Adventure Camp’s standard rate is €180 per week. Within this cost, our participants will receive:

A full 5 day activity programme led by a team of trained instructors from one of the world's largest youth organisations, specialising in outdoor education.

Lunch

Merchandise

The chance to explore safely on a private site with toilet facilities.

However, from launch until Monday, 31st March, 5pm, our early bird offer will only be €160 per week.

How do I sign up:

Step 2: Pay Deposit

In the registration link above, you will be asked to pay a 50% deposit by card. Spaces are not confirmed until you receive an email from larchhill@scouts.ie.

What is the payment process?

At Larch Hill, we aim to make the payment process as straightforward as possible. When completing the sign-up form, select one of these flexible options:

Option 1: Full Payment

€180 (or Early Bird rate of €160)

Includes a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Option 2: Two Instalments

Instalment 1: 50% (€90 or €80 Early Bird rate) – non-refundable deposit.

Instalment 2: 50% (€90 or €80 Early Bird rate).

Option 3: Three Instalments

Instalment 1: 50% (€90 or €80 Early Bird rate) – non-refundable deposit.

Instalment 2: 25% (€45 or €40 Early Bird rate).

Instalment 3: 25% (€45 or €40 Early Bird rate). Online Card Payment

What Payment Methods are Accepted?

What is in place to ensure the safeguarding of the participants?

What is in place to ensure the safety of the participants?

All of our activities are conducted by trained instructors.

All activities are risk assessed.

Larch Hill: Adventure Camp follows Scouting Irelands Safety Policies.

Emergency contact details are requested in case of emergency.

First Aiders with a REC 3 Certificate will be on site.

Is there a Shop on site?

Yes, there will be a small shop on site, selling merchandise and snacks.

Larch Hill Adventure Camp will not take any liability on looking after money or spending.

Participants are solely responsible for the money they bring on site.

As Lunch is provided, no additional food will need to be purchased.

What will the programme look like?

Our programme is thoughtfully designed to instill a love for the outdoors and environmental stewardship and enhance physical fitness, mental resilience, and leadership abilities. Our programme falls into three main categories:

Biodiversity Exploration

What will participants need to bring?

Participants will be required to bring suitable belongings for exploring outside. A kit list will be provided within our information pack once your place is confirmed.
