Members of the Emory Big Band come together to perform this virtual concert featuring tunes by Kris Berg, Joe Henderson, Freddie Hubbard, and Mike Tomaro. Also featured are works performed by breakout groups of a saxophone quintet and a trombone quartet.
Emory Wind Ensemble
Thursday, April 22 at 7:30 p.m. The Emory Chamber Winds and Brass Choir (formed from the Emory Wind Ensemble musicians) take the stage for their final concert of the semester. Repertoire featured includes works by Stephen Gryc, Kevin Puts, student composer Joshua MacLean, and a few surprises as well. Tyler Ehrlich conducts.
