Magníficat anima mea Dominum My soul doth magnify the Lord
2 - Et exultavit (Soprano II Solo)
Et exultavit spiritus meus, And my spirit hath rejoiced in Deo salutari meo. in God my Savior
3. Quia respexit (Soprano I Solo)
Quia respexit humilitatem Because he regarded the lowliness ancillae suae, of his handmaiden, ecce enim ex hoc beatam me dicent behold henceforth they will call be blessed

5. Quia fecit (Bass Solo)
Quia fecit mihi magna, Because He that is mighty qui potens est, hath done great things for me, et sanctum nomen ejus. and holy is His name.
6. Et misericordia (Alto/Tenor Duet)
Et misericordia eius And his mercy continues a progenie in progenies from generation to generation timentibus eum. for those that fear Him.
7. Fecit potentiam (Choir)
Fecit potentiam in bráchio suo, He hath shown might in His arm, dispérsit superbos mente scattered the proud in the conceit cordis sui of their hearts.
8. Deposuit (Tenor Solo)
Deposuit potentes de sede, He hath put down the mighty from their seat et exaltavit humiles, and exalted the humble.
Esurientes (Alto Solo)
Esurientes implevit bonis, He hath filled the hungry with good things, et divites dimisit inanes. and the rich He hath sent empty away.
Suscepit Israel, puerum suum, Remembering Israel His servant, recordatus misericordiae suae. being mindful of His mercy.
Sicut locutus est ad patres nostros, As He spoke to our fathers, Abraham, et semini eius in saecula. Abraham and his seed forever.
Gloria Patri, gloria Filio, Glory to the Father, glory to the Son, gloria et Spiritui Sancto! And glory to the Holy Spirit!
Sicut erat in principio As it was in the beginning, et nunc et semper and now and always et in saecula saeculorum. and throughout all ages.
