Looking back at the Sierra Canyon Fund's banner year
Throughout the 2022-2023 school year, the Sierra Canyon community continued to reach new heights. From raising nearly 3.5 million dollars for the Sierra Canyon Fund to achieving our highest parent participation rate, the year brought a new meaning to the word
TRIUMPH.
These unparalleled accomplishments and celebrations are reflective of our extraordinary Sierra Canyon community.

Our students have also shown remarkable leadership qualities, embracing significant roles within our school and the wider community. INSIGHTFUL ARTISTRY
Throughout the year, Sierra Canyon's Arts Department captivated the community with its unique talents and boundless imagination. From mesmerizing One Night Only Dance and Music performances to theater productions like Mamma Mia! and Little Shop of Horrors to an Arts Week filled with artistic growth and perspectives, our students brought our community together through infinite creativity. These initiatives allowed Trailblazers Pre-Kindergarten through 12th Grade to share their love for the visual and performing arts.
With each note, each movement, and each masterpiece created, we celebrated the power of artistic expression.

This year, our student-athletes blazed a path of success, proving that the pursuit of academic excellence and athletic prowess goes hand in hand. From a record-breaking number of CIF-SS championships to impressive collective team GPAs, these Trailblazers combined their unwavering commitment to their studies with their passion for sports becoming exemplars of discipline, balance, and resilience. Sierra Canyon emphasizes academics and athletics preparing our students for college and beyond.

Sierra Canyon is defined by the relationships formed within and beyond the classroom. Whether it be the Family Homecoming Pep Rally, the Great Fair, or the return of our beloved Grandparents Day, each event celebrates tradition and provides a sense of belonging.
The School's commitment to acknowledging and celebrating the many cultures of our community allows our students to learn more about our diverse student body and their families. From Lunar New Year and Black History Month to Nowruz and World Languages Week, the Parent Association, Parent DEI Celebrations Committee, and multiple affinity groups were indispensable in providing a multifaceted lens into our collective community
