Accelerated Support to Governing Bodies of Sport: Measuring the Impact of Coaching
We are accelerating work with governing bodies across the industry to improve our offer to all sports and help your coaches make a difference where it matters. Measuring the Impact of Coaching Significant financial and human resource is allocated to recruiting, developing and retaining coaches. These coaches are expected to support the growth of new participation, keep current participants satisfied through excellent customer service and work closely with talented and performance athletes to achieve medal success. In reality though, what is the impact of a coaching intervention? What is the impact of programmes that recruit, develop and retain coaches? Can impact be measured, and how can this be implemented? Our accelerated support can help you answer these questions.
