Description:
• Review of work progress based on the Workplan and according to WP objectives, deliverables and indicators. If any major deviations from the Work Plan are anticipated, the Coordinator with the concerned partners will immediately set up an alternative plan to minimise or eliminate deviations.
• Project deliverables are the central focus of quality review and will be submitted in due time to WP-leaders and/or the Coordinator for review and feedback. In addition, the indicators, defined in the Performance Indicators list, will facilitate monitoring and evaluate impact achievement.
