Welcome To Viraj Prints VIRAJ PRINTS entered the world of printing in the year 1981 with a small letterpress unit. A year later, we expanded it to an offset printing press, and soon, we ventured into digital printing as well. Apart from other clients, who include corporate and advertising agencies, we have a large number of clients from the entertainment industry. We have our own independent concept and Idea, we offer pre-press facilities, offset and digital printing, finishing, CD DVD and Bluray Packaging, Classic packaging and innovative patented packaging services.

Infrastructure
Infrastructure We are dedicated to being of value to your before, during and after the presses actually run. Our Head Office is situated in Mumbai, Kandivali East, with a working space of 13000 sq feet having administration, marketing, design, prepress, press, finishing and packaging departments. We have an in house learn of mechanical and electronics engineers trained by respective machine manufacturers who ensure that our machines run smoothly and are able to restore normal operations in the event of any breakdown. We also maintain an inventory of spares at all times. We use high standard and advanced technology equipments to meet our customer's requirements without compromising on the Quality. Following are the printing equipments that we use: Pre-Press: 4 Mac & 6 PC's, EFI Color Management System, Epson Proofer (11 colors with Pantone shades), Computer to Plate (CTP) facility. Press: Heidelberg (5 colors & online coater) Finishing: Die cutting, 4 Flat Bed Punching, 1 automatic Punching, Programmatic Cutting Machine, Lamination UV, Folding Stitching, Pinning, Silk Screen Gumming, Galley making and many more. Digital Printing: Image setting, Film Output, Eco Solvent - Print to cut & White, Metallic Printing, Inkjet Printer - 11 color with RGB & Pantone effects, Large Format Printing, Acrylic bending machine, UV Offset printing machine, Wood cutting, Lamination, Thermoforming, etc. Our system is connected to all the locations of Viraj Prints with remote servers which enable seamless data transfer between all locations. We offer the full range of print services under one roof. All press shopfloors at Viraj Prints function out of a temperature controlled completely dust free environment.
