การประชุมสมัชชาคณะซาเลเซียนครั้งที่ 28 The 28th General Chapter of the Salesians วั น ที่ 16 กุ ม ภาพั น ธ์ ถึ ง วั น ที่ 14 มี น าคม 2020 คณะซาเลเซี ย นจั ด การประชุ ม สมั ช ชาครั้ ง ที่ 28 ในหั ว ข้ อ “ซาเลเซียนน่าจะเป็นแบบไหนส�ำหรับเยาวชนในปัจจุบัน” ที่วัลด๊อกโก เมืองตุริน ประเทศอิตาลี โดยมีสมาชิกซาเลเซียน และผู้สังเกตุการณ์เข้าร่วมประชุมจากทั่วโลกจ�ำนวน 222 คน การประชุมดังกล่าวได้สิ้นสุดลงก่อนก�ำหนด (เดิมจะสิ้นสุดใน วันที่ 4 เมษายน 2020) เนื่องจากสถานการณ์การระบาดของ โควิด-19 ในประเทศอิตาลี ก่อนสิน้ สุดสมัชชาคือ วันที่ 11-13 มีนาคม 2020 สมาชิกผูเ้ ข้าร่วมสมัชชาได้ลงคะแนนเลือก คุณพ่ออัคราธิการและคณะที่ปรึกษาชุดใหม่ ซึ่งจะอยู่ในวาระ 6 ปี คือ ปี ค.ศ. 2020-2026 ผลการลงคะแนน คือ คุณพ่ออังเกล แฟร์นนั เดซ อาร์ตเิ ม ได้รบั เลือกให้ทำ� หน้าทีอ่ คั ราธิการต่อ อีก 1 วาระ From 16 February to 14 March 2020, the Salesian Congregation held the 28th General Chapter on the theme “What kind of Salesians for the youth of today?” This was held in Valdocco, Turin, Italy. There were 222 delegates and observers who participated in this Chapter. This meeting was somehow cut short than previously planned [should originally end on 4 April 2020] because of the spread of the Corona Virus - Covid 19 in Italy. Before the end of the General Chapter, from 11-13 March 2020, the delegates held the elections of the Rector Major and the General Councilors for the following term of 6 years, from the year 2020-2026. The result of the elections was that Reverend Fr. Ángel Fernández Artime was elected again as the Rector Major for another term. สาร อัคราธิการ โปสเตอร์ วันธรรมทูต ซาเลเซียน

“ซาเลเซียนน่าจะเป็นแบบไหน ส�ำหรับเยาวชนในปัจจุบัน?” สมเด็จพระสันตะปาปาฟรังซิสทรงให้ค�ำตอบว่า ซาเลเซียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 คือ “บุคคลที่เต็มเปี่ยมไปด้วยความหวัง เพราะเขารู้ว่าศูนย์กลางของเขาคือพระเจ้า ซึ่งสามารถท�ำให้ทุกสิ่งใหม่” “What Salesians for today’s young people?” For Pope Francis, the answer is: “the Salesian of the XXI century is a man full of hope because he knows that his centre is in the Lord, able to make all things new.”

THE POLITICS OF THE OUR FATHER
Fruit of the Salesian Family Spirituality Days: a beautiful “Our Father” to live every moment of each day Dear Readers of the Salesian Bulletin, I greet you during this Lenten Season from ValdoccoTurin where we Salesians of Don Bosco are celebrating our General Chapter XXVIII – right here where we were born “Salesian” for it was here that Don Bosco established his mission with his first boys. It was also here that he founded the first Salesian Oratory together with his mother (that is how I like to say it) – she who is rightfully called the mother of those “homeless of the moment”. During these past six years, I have chosen to share with you many times through this greeting some experience I had as I traveled throughout the Salesian world. Today I offer you something simple and different - something which I trust will interest you or, at least, “connect us all” for one minute. I am speaking of a fruit of those beautiful days of reflection, our celebration of the Salesian Family Spirituality Days XXXVIII: the prayer of the “Our Father” with each phrase “translated into ‘Salesian’” and annotated with a Salesian action so as to make it concrete for today, an expression of our Salesian commitment. I propose that you read it and see if there is at least one phrase that “speaks to you” and that you can dwell on, if you think it is a good thing to do. I can assure you, that as a Salesian Family and as friends of Don Bosco in the Salesian world, we really seek to translate the Our Father into our everyday life each day.
This is our prayer You are Our Father! A Father of infinite mercy; not a small or trivial presence, but Your presence, with the infinite power of holiness and love that patiently educates His children. Thy Kingdom come! The very Kingdom that Jesus has begun in this world, fulfilling Your mission. We welcome without reservation what You intend to do for us and for the young. 2

Thy will be done, by living the dynamics of Your Kingdom, the dynamics of the Spirit of Pentecost that prompts us to be constantly in mission so as to give birth to signs of freedom and reconciliation among Your children and our brothers and sisters. On earth as it is in heaven. Together with the young, like Don Bosco, we proclaim our YES to the fullness of life for every young person and for all young people, so that they may be citizens and Christians fully committed here on earth, and forever happy inhabitants of heaven. Give us today our daily bread; the bread needed for life, so that the Kingdom of God may be manifested in Your providential care for our needs and so that we may also see and confess that the work of our hands is actually the fruit of Your grace. Let us
be moved and energized not by greed to possess, but by sharing with the poor. Forgive us our trespasses, while we do our best on our side in forgiving our brothers and sisters. Help us to put the Preventive System into practice in patience, in magnanimity, in coming lovingly to the rescue of young people who have made mistakes; in exemplary, joyful, and cheerful self-giving; in faithful and resilient dedication to our daily commitments. Lead us not into temptation. The temptation to look back, to look in the wrong direction, to oppose the Spirit, to blush because of You, our Master, when we are exposed to the judging court of men, of fashions, of ideologies; when we are allured by the flattery of the powerful; when we are challenged by our conscience. Deliver us from evil. Let us never doubt that, in spite of
everything, You are the only One in control of the history of the world; let us never doubt that it is You indeed who wants us to be fully committed as educators, in order to set young people free from despair and from all their prisons. Deliver us from the evil of forever moving away from your face. For this, we wholeheartedly pray, send us the Holy Spirit, so that He may heal the wounds of body, heart, and spirit and awaken in us an ever new hope in joyfully carrying out the mission that our father Don Bosco has opened before us. AMEN! I wish you every good and happiness in the Name of the Lord. Don Angel

สมาชิกซาเลเซียนฟื้นฟูจิตใจประจ�ำปี Annual spiritual retreat 2020 สมาชิกซาเลเซียนแขวงไทย กัมพูชาและสปป.ลาว ฟื้นฟู จิตใจประจ�ำปี ระหว่างวันที่ 10-16 มีนาคม 2020 (รุ่นที่ 1) และวันที่ 17-23 มีนาคม ค.ศ.2020 (รุ่นที่ 2) ณ บ้านฟื้นฟู จิ ต ใจซาเลเซี ย น อ.หั ว หิ น จ.ประจวบฯ โดยคุ ณ พ่ อ ปี เ ตอร์ วาเรนโก เป็นผู้เทศน์ ในหัวข้อ “คิดค�ำนึงถึงคุณพ่อบอสโก กันอีกครั้ง (Re-Imagining Don Bosco)”
วันที่ 24 กุมภาพันธ์ 2020 คณะผู้ใหญ่ คณะครูและนักเรียน ร่วมยินดีกบั เด็กชายนิมติ ร สร้อยพวง ทีช่ นะเลิศกีฬาเทเบิลเทนนิส ประเภทชายเดี่ยว รุ่นอายุ 10 ปี ในรายการ “BBG PRINCESS CUP” ชิ ง ถ้ ว ยถ้ ว ยพระราชทานของสมเด็ จ พระเจ้ า ลู ก เธอ เจ้าฟ้าพัชรกิตยิ าภานเรนทิราเทพยวดี กรมหลวงราชสาริณสี ริ พิ ชั ร มหาวัชรราชธิดา On 24 February 2020, the administrators, teachers and students were happy to join NIMITR SOIPHUANG who won the championship in table tennis, singles category for 10 years old level, in the “BBG Princess Cup” vying for the trophy sponsored by Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha.
Hua Hin, Thailand - March 2020 -- From 1-7 and from 8-14 March, the Salesians of the Province of Thailand, Cambodia and Laos (THA) have gathered for their annual spiritual retreat, led by Fr Peter Varengo, who is a Salesian priest presently engaged in full time Adult Retreat Ministry in Australia. He has taught at Catholic Theological College in Melbourne and been involved in parish ministry for many years, on the subject: Re-Imagining Don Bosco.

พิธีมอบประกาศนียบัตรประจ�ำปีการศีกษา 2562 Graduation Ceremony for School Year 2019 เมื่อวันพุธที่ 11 มีนาคม 2020 ศูนย์พัฒนาสมรรถภาพ คนตาบอดปากเกร็ด จ.นนทุบรี ได้จัดพิธีมอบประกาศนียบัตร จบการศึกษาประจ�ำปี 2562 แก่นกั เรียนของศูนย์ฯ โดยคุณขรรค์ ประจวบเหมาะ ประธานมูลนิธิช่วยคนตาบอดแห่งประเทศไทย เป็นประธานในพิธี On Wednesday, 11 March 2020, the Skills Development Center for the Blind, Pakkret, Nonthaburi, held the graduation ceremony for the blind trainees of the Center. The ceremony was graced by the presence of Mr. Khan Prachuabmoh, the President of the Foundation for the Blind of Thailand. He gave the certificates to the graduates. 6

On 24 February 2020, Fr. Kitichai Saisawang was the celebrant at the Holy Mass held at the chapel of the Salesian House, Sampran, Nakorn Pathom. There was the memorial of Mary Help of Christians, attended by the members of the Salesian Family.
ฉลองวัดถ�้ำสิงห์ ชุมพร Feast of St. Joseph Church - Thamsingh
อบรม ATC ATC Training วันที่ 3-9 มีนาคม 2020 โรงเรียนแสงทองวิทยา จ.สงขลา จัดการอบรมหลักสูตรลูกเสือขั้นความรู้ชั้นสูง ATC (Scout Advance training Course) ส�ำหรับคุณครูจ�ำนวน 43 คน ณ ค่ายชั่วคราวศูนย์แพร่ธรรมในบริเวณของวัดแม่พระประจักษ์ เมืองลูร์ด หาดใหญ่ On 3-9 March 2020, Saeng Thong Vitthaya School in Songkhla Province organized the “Scout Advance Training Course” for the 43 teachers. This was held at the temporary camp of the catechetical center within the area of Lourdes Parish Church, Hatyai.
วันที่ 14 มีนาคม ค.ศ.2020 บิชอปโยเซฟ ประธาน ศรีดารุณศีล เป็นประธาน ในพิธีโปรดศีลก�ำลังแก่เด็กและผู้ใหญ่ 9 คน และ ฉลองวัดนักบุญยอแซฟ ถ�ำ้ สิงห์ จ.ชุมพร มีบาดหลวง นักบวชและ สัตบุรษุ ในบริเวณใกล้เคียงมาร่วมฉลองจ�ำนวนมาก อนึง่ สัตบุรษุ ได้เตรียมจิตใจก่อนการฉลองวัดด้วยการแบ่งปันพระวาจาตาม บ้านใน 6 เขต ตั้งแต่ต้นเดือนมีนาคม โดยมี ซ.สุภา ทองอ�ำไพ น�ำการแบ่งปันและอภิปรายการมีส่วนร่วมในงานอภิบาลของวัด และชุมชน โดยทุกกลุ่มตระหนักว่า “วัดเป็นของเราทุกคน” On 14 March 2020, Bishop Joseph Prathan Sridarunsil was the celebrant in the sacrament of confirmation to 9 youth and adults and in the feast of the St. Joseph Parish, Thamsingh, Chumphorn. Many priests, religious and faithful joined in the celebration. In the build up to this annual feast, there was a spiritual preparation of the faithful by means of the ‘bible sharing’ since the beginning of March.. They were divided into 6 zones. This was headed by Sr. Rosa Supha Thongamphai. She shared and discussed with them on how the faithful can be aware of that “this church is our own”.

เมือ่ วันอาทิตย์ที่ 15 มีนาคม 2020 คุณพ่อเสนอ ด�ำเนินสดวก อุปสังฆราชมิสซังราชบุรี เป็นประธานในพิธีบูชาขอบพระคุณ โอกาสฉลองวัดนักบุญยอแซฟ บ้านโป่ง จ.ราชบุรี โดยก่อนหน้านี้ ได้มีตรีวารเตรียมจิตใจให้กับสัตบุรุษเพื่อจะฉลองวัดอย่างดี On 15 March 2020, Fr. Sanoe Damnoensaduak, the Vicar of the Bishop of Ratchaburi Diocese, was the celebrant in the Holy Mass on the occasion of the feast of St. Joseph Church, Banpong, Ratchaburi. At present, Fr.
