Learning Resource Center (LRC) Project Budget: $3.4 million C Completed: August 2007 l t d A t 2007 Renovation converted approximately 15,000 SF of p parking garage space into faculty offices, student gg g p y , classrooms and support space. This was the first Propositions S project to obtain LEED certification.

Academic Success Center (L Building Renovation) Project Budget: $9.6 million Completed: April 2009 Complete, major renovation of two‐story building totaling 28 700 sq ft The ASC serves as one‐stop totaling 28,700 sq. ft. Career Technology Center (CTC) Project Budget: $63.1 million Completed: June 2010 New five‐story 88,000 sq. ft. facility houses the Nursing, Cosmetology and Photography programs. It has the nation’s largest vertical solar array. The CTC is certified LEED Gold. It was recently honored with the Best Sustainable Design award by the the Best Sustainable Design award by the CA Higher Education Sustainability Conference.

Humanities and Business Technology Buildings Project Budget: $88.4 million Construction Start: Nov. 2010 Targeted Completion: March 2013 Arts & Humanities will consist of approximately 70,000 sq. ft. to include new classrooms, a lecture hall, computer labs, studio space and a 100‐seat “black box theatre.” Business Technology will consist of approximately 40,000 sq. ft. to include classrooms, computer labs and areas for start‐up businesses for students. d f t t b i f t d t The project includes sublevel parking designated for ADA and faculty.

Math and Social Sciences Project Budget: $80.9 million (incl. land acquisition)
