Additionally, ADA upgrades and minor renovations will be performed on the existing building performed on the existing building. The one‐story building will house the campus' Facilities Services Dept. In addition to office and conference space, this facility will centralize the much needed equipment/event storage. All firms interested in bidding as a General or Prime contractor for Propositions S and N construction contracts valued at more than construction contracts valued at more than $500,000 must complete this Pre‐Qualification Application and be approved by the SDCCD. Only applicants that are pre‐qualified will be permitted to submit a bid for these $500K+ construction projects.
