FEES WAIVERED As an adult learner, you will most likely have more financial responsibilities than a younger person. There are several ways in which you may be eligible for financial support:

Your fees may be waived if you are aged 19-23 studying for your first full Level 2 or Level 3 qualification. National Skills funding may also be available for adults aged 24 and over if it is your first full Level 3 course. Eligible courses only.

Free GCSE Maths & English courses if you are 19+ and do not already have a C/grade 4 (or above).

If you are unemployed, you might be eligible for free training or a reduction in course fees (T&C’s apply).

Please visit our website for more information about how we can support you. GRANTS & BURSARIES There are government grants and bursaries available for adult learners to help pay for courses and training. For up-to-date information, visit: gov.uk and search ‘grants and bursaries’. Additionally, you may be eligible for help with childcare and travel costs while you study.

STAGED PAYMENTS If your course fee is over £200 and the duration is 12 weeks or more, then you can arrange to pay in stages using the College Staged Payment Scheme. Please contact us to arrange a payment plan. CONCESSIONS FOR LEISURE COURSES Concessions are available on many of our leisure courses. For instance, if you are aged 60 and over at the start of the course, you may be eligible for a 20% reduction in course fees.

FEE PAID BY YOUR EMPLOYER? If your employer is paying your course fees, please ensure they have filled in the Employer Sponsorship section of the enrolment form. Your employer will also need to sign the form and provide a Purchase Order number. It is advisable that you do this to avoid any delay in starting your course.
