The Truelsons dominated the summer SDCA tournaments. The Truelson team won the South Dakota Teams at Oacoma drawing only one match.. Nels took Board one prrize while his son. Nick Truelson won the board prize. The Truelsons got out quickly crushing Sioux Falls One in the first round. After Sioux Falls could only draw with last years champions Merchants of Death, the Sioux Falls team was merely playing out the string. This draw however neant that the Merchants of Death would need a win over the Trulesons. They were
