When All Peopleâs Church (APC) submits its most recent update to its proposal to build a permanent church on a parcel of land off College Avenue, Pastor Robert Herber hopes it will be the final changes to the project before the city moves forward in the approval process. NEWS BRIEFS CITY FORECASTS MORE LOCAL WATER SUPPLY On March 2, Mayor Todd Gloria released a new analysis of San Diegoâs future water needs that indicates that the city will develop more than 50% of its water locally by 2045, in large part due to the Pure Water recycling program. This will be a dramatic increase in local water supply, which currently requires the city to purchase 85% to 90% of its water from imported sources.
