Whether you are home, on the beach, driving, working, commuting or out and about it is important to be prepared and educated at all times. First play the game. This will show you exactly how prepared you would be if an earthquake were to happen today. After you play, hopefully you will feel confident in an emergency earthquake situation. If not, hey it ’s okay, just play again. Practice makes perfect right? The rest of this book is a guide to survival for you to keep.
Th e R u l es
The person with the most letters in their full name star ts the game. If you can’t count, play paper rock scissors. The play then passes to the person on the left. Keep your eye on the clock , a player must answer the question in 10 seconds or less to advance to the next space. On a players turn, another team member draws the top card from the trivia deck and reads the question. If answered correctly, move ahead one space. If answered wrong, player remains on the space until players next turn, when another card can be drawn. Spaces are made up of sur vival spots to help you and disaster spaces that essentially kill you. See to the right for more detail. Two or more players may land on the same space at the same time.
