Mafia Sockpuppet Show It is a show about a new manager called New Boss who comes to learn that being leader of a Mafia group is not as easy as one thinks. He grows and learns from Fuu Sensei, a very wise ghost, about management techniques in order to control a group of foolish subordinates and expand his bootlegging empire.


Meet the characters! NEW BOSS: A newly appointed sock puppet mafia leader who learns about and manages a group that sells bootlegged liquor, sock drugs, and other illegal joints. He represents the more traditional aspects of a manager.


Meet the Characters! FU-SENSEI A wise old man who has long passed, but has a very extensive knowledge of how to manage a Mafia group. He comes to help NEW BOSS out as a ghost and give him helpful advice. He represents more of the new contemporary manager


Meet the Characters! DERPY and MINION Two members of the mafia group that loyally serve NEW BOSS. They represent the employees.

Mintzberg – The Traditional Role • PLANNING = Define goals, establishing strategy, and developing schedules on how to coordinate activities and resources • ORGANZATION = The arranging and structuring of work and resources to accomplish organizational goals. • COORDINATING = Leading, directing activities, communicating, and resolving conflicts • CONTROLLING = Monitoring, comparing, and correcting work performances



Episode – Shootout New Boss finds his group being attacked by a rival mafia group.
