1. Please evaluate your involvement and efforts in the course (in the areas of attendance, participation, assignments, deadlines, and preparedness). Outstanding (5) Unsatisfactory (1) 5 4 3 2 1 Avg. 100% 0% 0% 0% 0% 5 Comments: Always but once present; absence justified and notified the professor in advance 2. How much do you feel you have accomplished in this course? Please comment, why? Very Much (5) Very Little (1) 5 4 3 2 1 Avg. 100% 0% 0% 0% 0% 5 Comments: I think this was a great course that taught me: effective business strategies and research selfdiscipline the meaning of commitment to an entrepreneurial venture various methods of raising money being acutely aware of reality and trends; being a keen observer of patterns and how that might translate into noticing and predicting trends in business and society how to effectively and trustworthily present business ideas. It taught me many more things and it was a very valuable course. The readings were interesting and adequate, and so were the video assignments. I feel, however, that some class time was lost due to pointless discussions perpetuated by some classmates.

Deck. I also thing that having guest speakers and keynote audience was absolutely invaluable and crucial to the learning process. 2. What was the least useful aspect of this course? Comments: Some discussions that certain classmates were inducing. They were silly , pointless, and a waste of time. Some homework questions about the Shark Tank were either confusing or too obvious to answer (not challenging enough) 3. How much did projects and class activities assist in understanding course topics? Explain why or why not. Very Much (5) Very Little (1) 5 4 3 2 1 Avg. 100% 0% 0% 0% 0% 5 Comments: Everything was relevant and interesting. 4. In summary, how would you rate the overall content and organization of the course? Outstanding (5) Unsatisfactory (1) 5 4 3 2 1 Avg. 100% 0% 0% 0% 0% 5 Comments: Outstanding with minor hiccups; for example: 1. The aforementioned shark tank questions 2. I wish we had more peer critiques of our projects 3. Spending classtime on organizing the questions to a guest speaker on the whiteboard with sticky notes seemed unnecessary
