Section 3. Comments The following are responses to two openended questions from your students pertaining to you, and the course. Please provide any additional comments with respect to Stephen Diasio Comments Great material. Great, knowledgeable and passionate professor. Dr Diasio was very available to his students. I've never had a professor consistently respond to quickly to emails in order to support us and facilitate our learning. He was also very positive and motivated us to be as creative as possible in this course. Dr. Diasio is such a caring professor. He clearly likes to deliver high quality education and to do so, he's always asking his audience how the process is working and if there's room for improvement. I think that's why his class is so good. He runs it like a business. Dr. Diasio made himself available to the class whenever it was needed, and his passion for the material was contagious! He has a sound understanding of the material and how to inspire innovation. Easy to get in touch with and provides great feedback Fantastic! Passionate about the coursework and always available. Interesting course as it is a creative course we had to come up with ideas from whole cloth Prof. Diasio is fun and engaging. He truly cares about the subject he teaches and the students. Stephen Diasio is a great professor. He is incredibly helpful and really understands the innovation necessary to a well thought out informative class. The professor is very knowledgeable and clearly passionate in his area of expertise. He is very responsive and easy to communicate with. The syllabus should be altered to fit the online format. You were a great instructor. I learned so much from you. This was a very thought provoking class. This should be a core requirement for the MBA program. I can not wait to utilize the tools I learned professionally. Thank you for answering our emails in a timely manner

Please provide any additional comments with respect to MAN6930791 (57561) ST: Inno. & Mgmt. Design Think Comments Awesome class. Would recommend to every student. I am thrilled to have this class offered. It is extremely relevant in today's business climate where traditional thinking will sink a business faster than ever. The course is clearly aimed at getting students into the mindset of the future of business, both domestically and internationally. My only suggestion would be to, at the beginning of the semester, more clearly define the midterm and final presentations and how the weekly assignments fit in. Reading the modules and doing the reflection videos are pretty straightforward, but getting a grasp on what all of the groupwork would ultimately result in was a bit confusing for a few weeks. The topic, course, and professor (and TA) are excellent additions to USFSP's MBA offering. I liked the four reflection videos instead of writing papers I think this course was interesting but could use some organizational work. I thought there was a lot of information at the beginning providing a foundation, however I think some of the later information should have come first. Would it be possible to use a textbook for this course? Or have a better summation of the material, all in one place. I would have liked more concrete instructions for the various ToolKit exercises, as well as midterm and final. I also, don't like doing assignments for zero points. I am busy, I would like to be rewarded for my efforts. It's my understanding that this is the first time this course has been offered in the online format. The only thing that could improve is more detail in the syllabus regarding due dates, etc. NA Should be part of the CORE coursework. The most new information of any of the classes I have taken so far, and by far the most helpful, and the most likely to help me succeed and be an asset to my organization. Some assignments were difficult to understand the final objective. The course was interesting and surprisingly difficult. I think as MBA students we all think very similarly and this course pushes you outside your comfort zone. I believe an in person version would have been even better! The only suggestion, I have is there was alot of group work. As a 100% online course in the Summer, it was a little difficult to get my group together because all of our schedules were different.. I would maybe minimize to 1 assignment per week of group work. This class is great. I would suggest less group work though because everyone's schedules are so different that it is difficult to coordinate things. This class was a refreshing "break" from the traditional textbook courses. I wouldn't mind more personality/selfreflection type of assignments and more individually focused work instead of group projects. All in all, great class and I'm very happy I took it! This class was definitely not the traditional class and stretched my limits beyond what was comfortable. I think this class would be a great CORE class for the USFSP curriculum which instills MBA candidates the tools necessary to think outside of the box. This course is absolutely inspiring. I enjoyed it very much. It was A LOT of work but great practice.
