Section 3. Comments The following two open-ended questions are responses from your students pertaining to you, and the course.
Please provide any additional comments with respect to Stephen Diasio. Comment Genius. Love how he really challenges students to think outside the box and challenge the "norm". Great professor. His approach to teaching the management class was very unique and helpful. He is very fun professor and anyone can tell that he loves his job. He had a very interesting of getting the across to us but I will admit it worked. Truly outstanding professor. I look up to him as he brings great creativity freedom and professionalism to the classroom. He's always in a great mood and pumped about management. He's found a way to bring my love for photography into the classroom by having us perform a tv show series on youtube. He's "design challenges" and "design thinking" really helped with keeping the class interesting. I hope he continues to develop his theories in teaching a class through discussion and using the technology that is around us. Having the chance to work with social media in a classroom really brought a different side of entertainment to college. I can now walk out of a class knowing that I've built some useful skills that can carry me into the real world. Thank you Professor for that. Also his professional website is awesome! I thought the course was interesting however the course was almost solely based on a group project. This is okay however, there was no chance for the students to grade other students on how much they helped or how well we felt they did on the group project. Unfortuantely I was in a situation where I did most of the work and I had no chance to grade the other students in my group on how well I felt they did and/or how much work they did. This was frustrating for me because the whole group was given the same grade regardless of how much work was put in by each individual. I love how Professor Diasio brings Management into a whole new way of creativity is enlighted and encouraged to do throughout the whole entire semester. He is a great joy to talk to one on one and great person to get advice about how to go about one's career path. The most creative and coolest professor of the year award. I really enjoyed being able to learn about management in such a creative way. A lot of people seemed to have a problem not being told exactly what to do, but I think that's what this class so great. We were given free reign in a way and were allowed to be as creative as we wanted. Diasio is a very innovative professor, who strives to push students to and past their comfort zone in an attempt to help them learn. Weird, but interesting professor. Makes management a bearable subject to learn about. He brought an incredibly eccentric approach to learning this subject and made it very engaging. His way of changing the conventional way of doing things really made me think about what I was doing and helped me learn the material.

Please provide any additional comments with respect to MAN3025 Principles of Management. Comment Great teacher. Very fun course and if I had to, I would take it again. Everything that I learned can be used in real life. This class has many topics and concepts that could get overwhelming. I've found that working in a group setting helped eliminate that frustration and made this class more beneficial. I managed to learn a lot through the book, tests and even managing that group project. I think it could be a difficult class if the professor didn't have the motivation to teach it. Lack of examples and/or rubric and/or clear expectations made assignments difficult. I wish there were more classes that deal with group dynamics since it is such a vital component to deal with in today's business world. Decent course. excellent teacher This subject is prevalent in every aspect of life and has practicalities in all departments of business.
