EPISODES Introduction The narrator mentions the characters and introduces the show and its purpose

Episode I Individual Behavior- The most important aspect of this episode is getting the students to feel comfortable and prepared to be working together for the next couple of months. Whenever there is a situation in which new people will be met and introduced, individual behavior is always prominent. Here, first impressions happen, people begin to judge others as they interact with them, and last and most importantly, perception.

Episode II Decision Making & Planning- In this episode we subtly show examples of failed planning and bad decision making. This will help lead the characters in right direction after their realization later in the show.

EPISODE Episode III Managing Groups & Teams- In this episode the group begins the first two stages of group development: forming and storming. The group has no tasks, direction, leader, is unsure of a power structure, still not used to being a group, and has yet to build trust with one another.

Episode IV Communication- This episode is the turning point for the characters. They realize everything they did wrong in the past and started to apply all the things they learned in class in real life. With this experience and knowledge in this episode, they were able to collaborate proficiently.

Episode V Innovation- After the group learns how to work eďŹƒciently with each other, they are assigned a project in class (The Marshmallow Challenge). They are able to synchronize with each other and quickly use the 8 step decision making process in a professional innovative manner.

EPISODE Episode VI Leadership, Motivation, & Trust- In this episode, we show how the group can work like a flat structure; the group can be flexible as they are working through their project and how quickly they can adapt to change.

Episode VII Evaluation- This is an episode of the presentation day, so team T.E.A.M. is finally presenting their project. It is an overview of everything that they have learned regarding the fundamentals of business management, but most importantly how to successfully strive as a group.
