There are a lot of questions to be answered, for example:  How many webinars on demand will the customer have access to for the price of 745 euros on a yearly base…  For how long will a webinar be available once the customer has downloaded one. Will it be with a personalized log in, in order to protect the auteur rights…  Will the subscription automatically be prolonged after a year…  Will the customer be notified upfront so he or she is able to end this subscription…  Etc etc, etc…
