Fantastic family days The 5 star Scottish Seabird Centre is a must-do for all ages.
In the Discovery Centre:
– Control the interactive live cameras – Zoom in on wildlife in its natural habitat on the local islands – Enjoy nature films, seasonal events and the 3D TV – Go wild in the Kids’ Zone and chill out in the Kids’ Corner.

– The Bass Rock is the world’s largest Northern gannet colony and BBC Countryfile Magazine’s Nature Reserve of the Year – The Isle of May is the biggest puffin colony on the east coast of Britain – From September to December it is seal season and lots of pups are born.
Seaside sun deck There’s great local produce in the Seabird Café, with stunning views out to the Bass Rock and the beach. Also lots of top treats in our Gift Shop. Entrance to the café and shop is free and well-behaved dogs are welcome on the deck (water bowls provided).
