If you’ve ever thought about trying pickleball, Summer Saturdays in Seabrook is the perfect time and place! pickleball.com describes pickleball as easy to learn and play whether you’re five, eighty-five, or somewhere in between. This is especially true since your coach is Scott Smith, Seabrook homeowner and summertime snowbird. Scott and his wife Carolyn live part-time in Arizona where Scott is a United States Pickleball Association (USAPA) Ambassador and plays (and wins) the tournament circuit. Introduction to Pickleball sessions begin this Saturday, July 10 from 12:15 to 1:00 PM and run through September 25. Scott will start with an introduction to the sport, cover scoring, positioning, and serving, then discuss the difference between “dinkers” and “bangers.” Just bring yourself to the Farm District off Horseshoe Lane beyond the playground and outdoor basketball court. Find out more at seabrookwa.com/things-to-do/summertime-fun/pickleball-tennis-and-badminton. 1

The bike shop is the beating heart of my business, but the desire to be in the great outdoors pretty much trumps everything, and our goal is to get you in the outdoors! Buck’s Northwest is your conduit to your next outdoor adventure whether it be biking, surfing, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, hiking, clamming, and more! Our new and improved website coupled with updated reservation software improves the sign-up process and gets your experience started.
