EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Seafood Corporation is a company which belongs to the food industry that supplies seafood products for the gourmet cuisine, whose objective is to provide Peruvian sea products worldwide, with the highest standards of quality and service. Likewise, Seafood Corporation has a group of qualified people whose main responsibility is to review all the process from the collection of the raw materials to the final delivery, to ensure the quality and safety of our product. On the first step, the Company will sell Organic Frozen Trout, gutted and in butterfly cut, under the name of “Andes Trout”. The main market for the Frozen Trout is Singapore, with the idea of expanding the market in the Company’s second year. The following markets where the Company will sell the Frozen Trout will be chosen after an extensive market research in which it shows the trends in consumption, volume and US$ imported quantities, etc. The Company will create teams of work necessary for the inspection and a proper fulfilment of the objectives and goals. They will arrange the main way of transport, type of Incoterms to assure the export product.
