Seaford Afternoon Flower Club

At our meeting this month on Thursday 15th December, various club members will be demonstrating ‘Switch on the Christmas Lights’. We are sure that this will be a very jolly meeting and will get us all in the mood for the Christmas festivities. Our competition is entitled A Christmas Carol, which allows our members a good deal of scope for interpretation.

At our October meeting Gill Homer entertained us with her interpretation of Clever Containers. Her designs were very stylish and the flowers were stunning. Our competition entitled Fireworks allowed our members to let their imaginations run riot, as you can see from the photographs.

We do not meet in January but we start our meetings again on 16th February when Michelle King will be demonstrating ‘Tour de France’ and the competition is entitled Très Chic.

We meet at the Baptist Church Hall in Belgrave Road, Seaford, BN25 2EE on the third Thursday of each month (except January) at 1.30pm. Our fees for this year are £45, and visitors are always very welcome at £7.50 on the door which includes refreshments.
