Take your own car to Kangaroo Island where you have the freedom to explore the Island at your leisure. CONDITIONS Day Tour Courtesy Pick-up Locations: Please refer to the pick up list on this page for your nearest pick up location and time. Always check your touring details and pick-up times prior to the date of departure. Please wait outside the hotel 5 minutes prior. Times may vary during extreme traffic conditions. Inform concierge if the pick-up is more than 10 minutes late. All tours depart from the Adelaide Central Bus Station, 85 Franklin Street, Adelaide unless otherwise stated.
Fares and Itineraries: All prices are per person and are valid from the 1st of April 2011 to the 31st March 2012. For overnight packages adult prices are based on 2 share and child prices are based on sharing with 2 adults. All child prices are based on 3-14 years inclusive. Due to unforeseen circumstances the touring content could vary slightly without any given notice. Where possible, changes are announced by the coach captain prior to departure. All tours and ferry departures do not operate on Christmas Day (25th December) and may not operate on Good Friday.
Booking Deposits and Final Payments: To make a booking a deposit of $50 per person is required. Final payments must reach The SeaLink Travel Group no later than 30 days prior to departure. For bookings made online, full payment must be received at the time of booking.
HOTEL/MOTEL COURTESY PICK-UPS Cancellations: In the unlikely event that a booking, or part thereof is cancelled, cancellation fees apply to the booking value as follows: • Cancellation more than 30 days before departure - $50 per person • Cancellation between 7 and 30 days before departure - $50 per person or 50% of total cost whichever is greater • Cancellation less than 7 days before departure - $50 or 80% of total cost whichever is greater • Cancellation within 24 hours of departure - 100% of total cost No refunds will be made for services not availed once travel has commenced. All refund claims must be made in writing. Please note operators reserve the right to charge cancellation fees in addition to the above. Insurance is strongly recommended and available at the time of booking.
Amendment Fees: Due to the complexity, staff time and communication costs of the booking process, a charge of $22 (incl GST) may apply to each modification made after the original booking.
