WINTER Hop Bomb
Dog-Milk-Punch
Using Punk IPA’s tropical fruit and citrus flavours as inspiration, the Hop Bomb is a tropical zinger. House-made Hop & Citrus Gin, Hop Syrup, fresh lime juice and peel, Lychee Liqueuer, Orange bitters and Hardcore IPA. Served straight up.
Dogma's malty, honeyed nature lends itself perfectly to this spiced, festive milk punch along with Lairds Applejack, 5AM Falernum, milk, cream and a touch of cacao. Served tall-ish over ice.
Sloe-Punk-Rocks Juicy, fresh and short refresher – Hayman’s Sloe Gin, fresh Lemon and Orange Blossom Water, spiked with a topping of Punk IPA. Too easy.
Glasgow Spring Punch A tall assault on the taste buds, as fresh blackberries, lemon juice and Martin Millers Gin has a dust-up with Dead Pony Club and Buckfast in your glass.
5am Daiquiri The normal daiquiri mix of lime, sugar and rum is spiced up by using our house-made 5AM Falernum and Angostura Bitters. Topped with a malty layer of 5AM Saint.
Spodiodi
(spo-dee-oh-dee) Taking you to a Kerouacian jazz-age dive and starting a mosh pit ; this forgotten serve of Taylor's late Bottle Aged Port, Pikesville Straight Rye Whiskey and 5AM Saint will make you swing. “A nice sweet jacket for all that bad whiskey”
Bloody Hardcore # 2 A re-vamped BrewDog Newcastle original. This time it's with capers, pink peppercorns, Sipsmith Barley Vodka, Tactical Nuclear Penguin, Hardcore IPA and Tomato Juice. As spicy as you like.
Bloody De La Mer A sea-faring twist on the above, swapping out Tomato Juice for Clamato Juice and Celery for Crispy Seaweed. Cures what ails ye.
Un-diplomatic Penguin
Snowball
Award-winning Venezuelan Diplomatico Anejo Rum reaches a stalemate with Tactical Nuclear Penguin, Dubonnet Red and Aztec Chocolate Bitters. Served up. No retreat, no surrender.
Our twisted Nan's classic uses Laird's Applejack, White Cacao and of course Warnink's Advocaat. Pretty standard until we top it with citrus filled Dead Pony Club and stick a Tactical Nuclear Penguin Cherry on top.
Argyll Empourer An Emperor Penguin was recently found in Argyll sipping this very drink; Oban 14 year Old Single Malt, Tactical Nuclear Penguin, Hayman’s Sloe Gin and Bitters. Served over, ice with a Tactical Nuclear Penguin soaked cherry. Cocktails £ 7.50
Two Cocktails £12

Psycho-Stout-Blazer (ÂŁ8.50) Glen Garioch Single Malt and Perique Tobacco Liqueur ignited and imparted with fresh blackberries, cinnamon, cocoa and orange zest and then doused with Cocoa Psycho Imperial Stout. Get your pipe and slippers. Served warm.
Imperial Black Russian This is what you get when you lock Cocoa Psycho in a room with a classic cocktail; Homemade Coffee Rum Liqueur, Sipsmith Vodka, Cocoa Psycho, and a touch of cinnamon.
Hopipolitan We took the girly pink drink and BrewDogged it up a bit. We've used fresh raspberries, Green Chartreuse, Hardcore IPA, Dubonnet Red and a touch of Cherry Bitters to sweeten up this zinger.
