Once we receive offers on your home, your agent will review and advise you on the pros and cons of each offer. You may opt to sign an offer immediately or to work with your agent on crafting a counterproposal to ask the buyer for an improvement on price or terms. Once both parties have signed, the road to closing begins.

Your buyer has the opportunity to review any disclosures that you have provided, as well as any Homeowners Association (HOA) documents.

TITLE REVIEW

Title Insurance guarantees to the new owner that the property is transferred to them without any other claims or liens that could impact their ownership. Your SFH agent takes an early look at title documents to ensure smooth sailing..

Once all of the documents are signed by both parties, the escrow holder will verify the buyer’s funds, pay off any outstanding mortgages or liens, and legally transfer title to the property. The buyer gets the keys to the home, and you receive funds wired directly into your bank account!
