Many thanks to the Honourable Heidi Victoria, Victorian Arts Minister who generously opened the Exhibition and seemed to be having fun with it.

Cartoonists at the opening—Left to Right—Phillip Burgoyne (Bogo), Paul Harvey (behind the wine glass), George Haddon, Adrian Patterson, Geoff Hook, Heidi Victoria (Victorian Arts Minister) Jim Bridges, Rolf Heimann (Lofo), Peter Foster, John Spooner all pose for the footy

PS: Only 2 weeks to go for the Exhibition.

Please try to get along to see it for 2

reasons— 1.

to see how powerful cartoons can be in an exhibition (which hopefully will make you want to see our museum up and running).

2.

Because every Australian black or white should see it.

FUTURE EXHIBITIONS We are currently trying to secure more Exhibition spaces for our current Exhibition She’ll be Right Mate? We are also in the planning stage for our “Over the Top” Exhibition (from Boer War to Afghanistan), and an updated version of “Land in the Shape of an ashtray” ….. Or “Australia the Cartoon” (cartoons using the shape of Australia) hopefully going to the Montreal Comedy Festival next year.
