Executive Leadership Program

Eight months that change careers and lives The Executive Leadership Program (ELP) is a professional and personal exploration of leadership. Students get the rare opportunity to discover how they’re perceived, who they want to be as leaders and what leadership means in their lives. While the program serves as the first two quarters of the Leadership Executive MBA (LEMBA), it is also highly respected as a stand-alone certificate program. The ELP is designed in compact monthly modules that include a residential retreat, advanced experiential learning, team projects, outreach activities and one-onone executive coaching. Guided by world-class faculty, students reflect on their perspectives, assumptions, beliefs and values. Using that insight, they shape and reshape their approach to leadership and evolve as individuals and as members of a greater community. Students come away with a strong appreciation of how their actions as leaders can effect positive change in their organizations and the world.

Nationally Recognized Ranked #1 in the Northwest and #11 in the nation in 2019 by US News and World Report. Rated in the top 25 nationally for 10 years.
