You’ve unleashed the power of music …

through your support of the Seattle Symphony

This season ... You brought five new works to life, including Aaron Jay Kernis’ new Violin Concerto which had its U.S. premiere in March, performed by James Ehnes

This season ... You made it possible to complete the two-year Beethoven Cycle, performing all of the composer’s symphonies and piano concertos for Seattle audiences, letting us dive deeply into his music and hear it in a new light

The music provided by this wonderful orchestra makes the world a better place.

This season ... You brought an innovative musical experience to Seattle through a semi-staged performance of Ravel’s Magical Opera, a first-ofits-kind concert for the Symphony

This season ... You helped develop a year-long partnership with Featured Artist Hilary Hahn who performed with the orchestra and in recital, as well as participating in community and education programs

This season ... You shared the joy of music through more than 150 Seattle Symphony concerts at Benaroya Hall and throughout the Seattle community

As a Symphony supporter you promote our shared musical journey, present much-loved symphonic works and bring captivating new compositions to the stage. You also ensure that the Orchestra continues to attract and retain musicians of the highest caliber while showcasing world-class guest artists from around the globe.

This season ... You helped present Music Beyond Borders, a free concert celebrating the diversity of our world through the musical traditions of Iran, Sudan, Iraq, Somalia and Syria to a full house, and more than one million people online

This season ... You fostered the partnership with Path with Art and brought the healing power of music to people experiencing homelessness.

You brought 10,000 elementary students to Benaroya Hall to play recorder and sing with the orchestra at the culminating concert of Link Up, providing the building blocks for a lifetime of creativity through music

This season ... You made possible the mentoring of young musicians through four Side-bySide Concerts with local high school and community orchestras

This season you opened the doors of Benaroya Hall to more than 65,000 children, families and community members through programs that invite students of every age to learn and grow through musical discovery, and innovative initiatives that remove barriers for people in underserved populations, inviting everyone to share in the universal language of music that unites us all. You ensure that your Symphony is a safe haven for the entire community.
