SPAHAUS saw a number of passionate creators join forces: namely, principal project developer Michel Beaulieu and YH2 partners and architects Loukas Yiacouvakis and Marie-Claude Hamelin. The inspiration and desire to democratize access with SPAHAUS set off many months of contemplation, observation and experimentation back in the fall of 2012. The only guiding principle: avoid any compromise and create spaces that are functional, comfortable and accessible. Thus, from the drawing board all the way to the handing over of the keys, each of our decisions has been rooted in quality, originality and conviviality. YH2’s involvement in the project is, in more ways than one, a privilege. We are honoured that the architectural design firm agreed to apply its creative know-how to a real estate project for the first time in its history.
