The Transylvanian cuisine can be described as a gastronomical mosaic which reflects the cultural diversity of the region. The history and surrounding countries provide 11 great influences, from the great Roman Empire and the Latin cuisine to the Turkish, Austrian, Greek and Hungarian influences. All combined in a perfect mix of culture, old traditions and crafts.

Within each and every Uncharted adventure, elements of the Transylvanian gastronomy will be presented in order to truly immerse every traveler in the country’s culture.
