about Se Ce Se Ce Apparel made its debut in the wholesale business over 12 years ago. Today we are the exclusive Canadian distributor of high-end fashion brands for men, women and children, including UGG速 Australia, 7 For All Mankind速, Belle Noel, Eileen Fisher, Ella Moss, House of Harlow, Low Luv, Splendid速, Trina Turk, Rachel Leigh, Rebecca Taylor, Vilebrequin and Vince. SeCe Apparel also operates a retail division whereby we have entered into franchisee agreements with some of our partners to open free-standing retail stores in key urban Canadian markets. We currently own and operate stores under UGG速 Australia, Vilebrequin, Eileen Fisher, and a specialty multi-brand boutique, with contractual plans to open several more stores in the very near future. Supporting our wholesale and retail divisions is a group of well managed departments specialized in sales, accounting, retail operations, logistics, Marketing/PR, information technology, and more. Canada’s first Vilebrequin retail store lives at Ogilvy’s in Montreal and carries the brand’s signature prints, specialty lines, and charitable Plant A Fish collection. EILEEN FISHER, the most recent member of our retail family, planted roots in Canadian soil with the first free-standing store on South Granville in Vancouver.
